The room was clean, except the floors could have had more attention to them. There were food crumbs under the counters and some on the carpet. But other than that the room was well-cared for. It was a little obvious that the room had just been vacated because it atill smelled like the people before me. However, a little lavender and vanilla spray cleaned that right up. The staff was excellent. There were fewer of them because it was Christmas but they were friendly and helpful. The pantry was well stocked. The breakfast was similar to many other hotel chains but they knew how to make scrambled eggs. They were soft and moist everyday. I did not bring a pet but others did so obviously a pet friendly hotel.

The room for the most part was very clean. The staff was just awesome. Even with a lesser crew due to the holidays, the pantry was stocked well and the staff available and very friendly. Thank you for keeping the outdoir hottub open! What a treat it was. The temperature outsude was in the 20's while the hot tub was well heated. What an exhilirating experience.

When we arrived we spent sometime waiting for an employee to greet us at the front desk. We were followed by 3 other couples that were waiting behind us. Once the employee came to check us in and give us our room. She informed us the spa was out of commission for the time we would be staying as it needed a new filter. We were booked for 3 days and 2 nights. We then went to our room and the dishwasher was still running and the room made us wonder if they cleaned everything. As there was 2 dirty tips in the trash and a piece of paper and finger marks on the mirror. We decided to look around and the shower seemed clean and so did the bedding but there was no blanket in the closet with the one extra pillow but no pillow case. We went to go out and before we left we stoped by the front desk to see about some extra towels the lady at the front did no problem she would get us the extra towels. When we came back a few hours later and went to our room there were no extra towels so we had to call down and ask for clean towels once again. I don't want to point out only the things that concerned us but the things that were nice. The morning breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast with a ok verity. In the evening they had complementary beer and wine and soda bar with appetizers. The night we attended it was a salad bar and nachos. We used the fitness room both days and one day no clean towels and the next day they were fully stocked? The work out room was nice to have to ourselves.

The Staybridge Suites in Couer D'Alene is a fantastic hotel. The rooms are large and very well maintained. We have stayed there four times in the last three years and it has been a great experience each time. Each time the staff has been very polite and helpful. We will continue to stay there when in CDA.

I do not usually leave reviews even though I rely on them when booking a hotel. I want to say that this stay was honestly one of the best stays we have had in a very long time. We travel a lot around the US and so have stayed in a lot of different hotels. This hotel had a comfortable bed, CLEAN sheets! CLEAN ROOM! Fantastic breakfast! The staff (I spoke to 4 different people) were all happy, kind, and polite! If I could take this experience with me to every hotel I would always be happy! Thank you to the entire staff and team for a wonderful stay.
