Men clean the rooms, Thats your first problem. Nothing in the kitchenette. No bowls no pans nothing. Water doesnt drain from shower and they have no working smoke detectors not safe at all.

We had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to come let us in to check in. The whole place was closed up and locked, and nobody answered the doorbell or telephone. To her credit, when she learned we were there, the receptionist was pleasant and quick. The ice machine was broken. The air conditioner blew warm air on its coldest setting. The TV didn't work. The room was clean, but in desperate need of updating. We were really disappointed.

We liked that the property was conveniently located. We disliked that our resevations stated we could check in at 3 and the front desk told us we couldnt check in until 4. The ice machines were broken and we had milk with us that we needed to keep cold (we had to go buy ice). We probably need to make sure we stay in a unit with a mini fridge next time. The front desk clerk was very nice.

Reservation was the wrong day, and would not change day without an additional 30 dollar fee.

We love the quick service and no fuss no muss approach.

Inexpensive and perfect for my five day stay. My room was basic but comfortable and clean.

Did my booking in orbitz and huge misundertanding with the recepionist got charged in 2 diffrent cards but got refunded back. Area is very quiete and close to restraunts. Didnt get our room clean but my other familys room did get there room service. We we'er hoping to get the big rooms with kitchen since we had 6 in the family but instead got 2 diffrent rooms. Some rooms dont have microwave or refrigerator. But besides all that we were comfortable.

The rooms were moderately clean, the beds were very uncomfortable and even though I personally checked with the desk clerk to ensure that my request, made on line when the reservation was made, to have a room next to my aged parents on the ground floor, we were on the second floor several doors away.

The discount shown was 50%??? Hot Tub was interesting, need to watch it? Can't drink in it? Slick? Fridge needs to be defrosted? Stay was okay.

This was by far the worst place we've ever stayed. After checking in, went to our room to unload our car and it had not been cleaned from the previous guest. The parking lot was ice and snow covered with no salt or sand to help prevent falling. The second room was clean enough except for the mouse in the bathtub. The third room was on the second floor, no elevator, double bed, and toilet would not flush. I am disabled so it was very difficult to get to that room. Since we had prepaid we had no choice but to stay. The next day, the fourth room was to be ready. It was a mess. There we missing drawers, drawers with dirt in them, missing drawers in the kitchenette, the foil on the burners was filthy, the refrigerator was missing shelves, the comforter had burns on it, the blanket had black tar looking stains, the bed sheets were both flat sheets so the bottom sheet was too small to tuck under the mattress and to constantly be pulled over mattress all night. The heater had a had a foul odor every time it kicked on. The entire week we were there not once did anyone put salt or sand out or shovel so we would not slip or fall walking out our door. The ice machine did not work. The guest above us lived there and was either yelling, dragging furniture across the floor, throwing things, stomping (hard wood floors), screaming at her kids who screamed back, cursing at the man who came over or slamming doors, drawers or cabinets until 4am. We asked staff to say something but he said no.

staff always friendly and accommodating . for a longer stay ... the room was never vaccumed . or bed changed !!

The motel was dirty couldn't get any answer from front desk worst place I've ever stayed at and I will never stay again do not recommend it to anyone

I would never ever book a room at this hotel again as I was stood up at my late night check-in. Imagine being on the road for hours after a flight from the East Coast to not have a person working at the hotel to check you in. :-( That's what happened to me!!! I was ringing their bell and knocking on the door for almost 30 minutes and I never got a answer. I left and went to a national chain motel for a cheap night stay. HEY... At least they left the light on for me!!! :-)

It was a good value for the money. Just what we needed.

The hotel was quiet, clean, and the staff was friendly but that as where the good ends. The beds were hard and pillows were extremely thin. The breakfast was in a tiny room and had almost nothing there, we ended up haveing to go out to eat every morning. The reception on the TV, with satalite was awful, it was so grainy that we couldn't stand to watch it even for the little bit we were in our room. To add to our frustration the water ran off and on all night making it difficult to sleep. We will be traveling to this area frequently and we will NOT stay here again.
