The website for this hotel is a lie! It says that you get a microwave, indoor hot tub, free breakfast, and an arcade. You get none of those things! I'm furious about this and I would not recommend this hotel, another comment that I have to add is that when we walked in room it was very obvious that someone was smoking a cigarette in here and that most likely means that the smoke detector does not work. If this is enough to make a 14 year old boy pissed and complain about service would you stay here? The only reason that I don't have photos is because there is nothing here.

The room smelled horrible, there were cigarette burns in the bathroom and the blinds were broken and would not fully close. There was a 1/2 gap around the entire bottom of the door allowing freezing cold air to blast through and who know what little critters. There was a refrigerator which was unplugged, upon opening it the smell was atrocious. Meat had bleed in the freezer portion and never was cleaned and then sat in a stagnant warm temperature. There were no rooms to be moved to and the hotel refused to refund my room. Save your money and headache and head elsewhere.

Planned to spend a couple quiet days in a hotel for our anniversary. We found the room clean, the king bed and 3 pillows very comfortable, and a nice, fresh smell to the linens. A good sized flat TV worked well on all the basic channels. The man at the desk was friendly in person, although he had gotten quite short with me on the phone the day before we arrived. The 2 housekeepers were great, very friendly and helpful. We are both on a special diet, and a budget, so we pack our own food whenever we travel. When I called to confirm our reservation, I was told that jacuzzi rooms do not have a fridge or microwave. I said that the website said kitchenettes, but I was told that that is only for the rooms without jacuzzis! Apparently if you have a jacuzzi you don't need a fridge or microwave, but if you don't have a jacuzzi you definitely need a fridge and microwave! We put our food in a large cooler and had to go out to keep buying ice for it. We also brought along our George Foreman grill and grilled just about everything we ate. We were glad to have found out before we arrived since we had to change our menu to meats and veggies that could be grilled. The jacuzzi was small, not big enough for two people, but it worked very well. The first time I walked along the carpet in front of the jacuzzi I noticed it felt wet on my bare feet. Not soaking wet but damp enough to notice. Since we only received two small bath towels, two hand towels, and two wash cloths, once we used the jacuzzi, we could see the problem. We had to use one of the bath towels as a shower mat but when we stepped out of the jacuzzi, we had to step right onto the carpet. The carpet is wet from the jacuzzi to the bathroom. When the housekeeper came the next day we asked for extra towels and two bath mats so that we wouldn't get the carpet any more wet than it already was. The other, more serious problem with the jacuzzi happened on the second day. There is what looks like a vent about halfway down one side of the jacuzzi tub. When the jets are on, water comes out of this open vent quite quickly. I hadn't really noticed it at first. I had the water running and the jets going and I put my shoulders down into the water. Apparently the jet pushed my hair out and around into the other side of this air vent so that my long hair wrapped around the center post of this air vent over and over again. I didn't realize it until I went to sit up and I was completely stuck by my hair underwater! With water right up to my face and the water running full blast, it could have been a very dangerous situation! My husband was there to turn the water off before it covered my face, but it was a pretty scary experience! It took quite a while to untangle my hair from the center post of that vent. The website says that a complimentary breakfast is served but this is not true. The only thing they have is coffee from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. There was also no iron, ironing board or hair dryer in the room. Our king size bed only had two flat sheets, not one fitted sheet. I asked at the front desk and the housekeepers and they do not have king size fitted sheets at all. It was very uncomfortable to have the bottom sheet continuously coming off the bed. The individual hotel doors are opened with a key card but the laundry and Ice room has to be opened with a regular key which is located at the front desk. For us that meant walking or driving across the street in the snow when we needed ice or laundry facilities. Obviously this is quite inconvenient. There are two vent fans in the ceiling but they did not work, we tried every swich. This fogged up the room quite a bit when the jacuzzi was in use. The room next to us had a big ashtray outside and there were constantly people smoking there, so that prevented us from opening our window a little bit to let the fog out of our room. The jacuzzi also had a sign beside it that said not to use bubble bath or soap. It would be good to know that before I came so as not to bring our favorite bubble bath. Our parking spaces were right beside the dumpster. When we arrived, the dumpster was overfull and there was trash on the ground everywhere. It looked like the dumpster was much to small for what was needed. There were bags of trash laying on the ground beside the dumpster as well. While we didn't encounter some of the problems with odor and a dirty room like some people did, there are still several things that need to be addressed before we will return to this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay the jacuzzi room was wonderful! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud pillows were fluffy and nice. The WiFi was kinda crazy kept kicking me out and it needs a few movie channels otherwise it was a nice relaxing stay. But don't stay past check out or the room service ladies get mad and yell at you lol

Would not stay here! We reserved two rooms, both were unsanitary smelled like cat pee and stale cigarette smoke! Rm#9 jacuzzi king room-no fridge, hole in the wall where it looks as if there's a peep hole! Told management about it and they were aware and said to just put a towel in the cubby. Second room, #43 double room reeked of smoke. If ever that's the last place in town to sleep... We will not stay there, for less we can go buy brand new sleeping bags and cots and sleep at a Koa camping facility and have cleaner environment! The only positive out of the whole experience was the front desk lady gave us a full refund no ?'s. "She also relayed to us the newly renovated rooms across the street had used carpet in them, so that explained the cat urine smell" !!! Never staying there!!

The location of this place is great! But I paid extra to have three people in the room, so there should be enough shampoo and towels for everyone. I stayed three days and my bed was never made! The pool was dirty and locked to make access difficult. I would not stay here again.

First, I sympathize with Tony and any other employee. But seriously, this motel needs work. Our first room assignment STANK. Then my husband pointed out that the door frame had not been properly repaired from when it the door had booted. Perhaps a police call. The TV looked like the one I gave to electronic recycling about 10 years ago. Tony did give us a better smelling, more secure room. Better tv, but only by maybe 2002 standard. This room had a very nice fridge and microwave. The bathroom fan did not work. and wifi worked only on my phone, not my laptop. The morning guy had no solution. He just told me I was wrong and he couldn't help me. It appeared to work, but then stopped. Since others had wifi issues, I think my problem may be connected. All of this for the same price as a number of hotels I wish I'd chosen. $100 night for a $60 dollar value. Yes, it was pet friendly, which was our reason for choosing this motel, but other options were out there. While I was coming back one night, (we stayed 3), there were a number of people having a party over the car port in what looked like hot tub facilities. My guess is they were not paying guests (owners?) - just an observation since the description did not share this with us regular paying guests. Just a thought... Take that money and invest in your motel. I would not recommend staying here.

Reserved a room for 2 queen beds, got 2 full beds... No breakfast, though the website I reserved through said there was. Sheets NEVER were changed. I had to go to the office to ask about this... only to be handed sheets by the cleaning lady to change myself... Will NOT be back.

The management told me that the wifi works fine, but it didn't. The pool was absolutely disgusting. The doors had been kicked in and not repaired. Wow. Do yourself a favor and spend a few extra bucks somewhere else. I'm serious. If you're going to be out in this area, find some other place. (Or, go ahead and stay here, I'll await reviews from other people, and read about your own experience). Good luck, bring extra sanitizer. You're going to need it.

We stayed here one night prior to the 1/2 Ironman competition. Other hotels were outrageously expensive and this was the last hotel room left that was under $100 a night. I am not sure if they increased their typical prices during this weekend or not. Positives: Very friendly staff. No customer service complaints at all. The room was not quite ready yet because a housekeeper did not show up to work, however we only had to wait 30 minutes and went on a short run in a nearby park down the street near a high school. Initially it seemed like a crummy location, but honestly it is close to many businesses and a short drive downtown, to parks, etc. Very spacious room. It was quiet; however, I think this was partially due to good luck with quiet neighbors. Negatives: The two "queen" beds are actually full size beds. It worked, but a bit smaller than we expected. We thought it was a bit overpriced for having no breakfast, no coffee maker, no mini fridge, no microwave...basically no amenities at all. We are okay with simple, but we've paid similar prices for much better quality. The shower curtain really needed to be replaced and the air vent in the bathroom was quite filthy. Apparently the hotel is getting remodeled...overall it is acceptable but rather run-down and basic for the money that is spent. We would probably not spend the money again for this hotel unless it had been remodeled.
