Great stay on the beach!

This 4th floor property gave us just what we were looking for, great views and easy access to the beach. The furnishings and beds were comfortable and up to date and the appliances all worked. We also appreciated the provided beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, full size cooler and even a couple of boogie boards! The grounds were quiet and well kept. We would not hesitate to book this property again.

The Condo was the perfect size for the 3 of us. The beds were very comfortable, the TV controls were easy to use and the view was incredible! Of our 4 stays in the area over the past year the check-out procedures for Spanish Main was the most hassle-free...this has been our most enjoyable location. Will definitely stay here again and again!

Good Location, Could Use Upgrades.

Condo was in a great location in Cocoa Beach near tons of great restaurants. Condo boasts newly updated, but master mattress was lumpy and second bedroom mattress was not suitable for an adult (kids ok). Traveling with our 4 year old we could have benefited from a step stool in the unit as the sinks and toilets were very high. Toilet paper was 1-ply, which should be at least 2-ply! There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers. There was also salt/pepper and coffee filters. Beach area by condo was very nice. Pool was a good size, could use a cleaning (had a lot of sand and bugs floating).chairs and umbrella provided were nice. Cooler was ok, but a rolling cooler would have been better for the beach. Overall a good stay.

It was wonderful waking up to the ocean out the window - plus the balcony space to hang out & enjoy the ocean view during the day. In a way, the place felt more spacious than the pictures. Good. Spanish Main 70 is as advertised! Great location with easy access to the beach. Absolutely perfect for watching a rocket launch! Great location on the beach, good dining near by. Super property. Only negative is the dishwasher was very loud. Also, screens in the master bedroom windows need to be replaced, and the screen on the balcony door needs to be fixed. It would have been great to have the doors and windows open at night to hear the ocean. Other than that, great VrBO rental.
