Great stay. Wish we had more time. The only complaint I have is the thermostat….you can’t set it below 70 degrees and my wife and I always run hot and like a cool room at night to sleep. The staff said there is absolutely no way to over ride the setting and offered some portable fans. I’m of the opinion that paying guests should be able to set the temp of their room.

Staff is fantastic - as are the accommodations. However we paid for and booked an ocean view room, at additional cost and adjusted our travel dates to reserve it. Upon arrival we were given a room on the second floor which was completely blocked by the vegetation. When we complained we were told that back of the house is ocean view - whether it is or not. Other than that - which was a big disappointment - we had a great time

Let me start by saying that this property is nice and located right on the beach with a great pool area and clean updated units. However, I did book an oceanfront unit which costs more than partial view or pool view units and I had no view of the ocean. We were given a unit on the second floor and the trees blocked out view of the beach and ocean. When I spoke to the front desk they said there was nothing they can do because they are merely a management company for the time share and that all higher units were for timeshare owners. Although we did really enjoy our stay, we feel like Expedia and Resort on Cocoa Beach should not sell this unit at the same price as oceanfront units that actually allow you to see the ocean and beach. Otherwise, the resort was nice and the beach was beautiful.

Excellent value. Beautiful beach. Staff was great. Need to police the pool area a little more for rude guests playing loud music and smoking. Cannot abide by inconsiderate people. The facility is wonderful and I have been there often. This time for a large family reunion
