We stayed for a week had an ocean view the room was nice the staff was all nice.We ate at the restaurant a couple of times the food and service was good. The pool is nice easy walk to the beach. We would stay again.

Went there for a quick weekend trip. Checked in on Thursday and left on Sunday. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. Our flight was not due out until 9pm and they allowed for us to stay and enjoy the resort for the day. The rooms are very nice and set up for a good size family to enjoy and not be on top of each other. Clay who handles your beach chairs/umbrellas is also very nice and knowledgeable of the area.. Will definitely go back next time I find myself in Cocoa Beach again!!

Staff was very friendly. Area was very clean and security was constantly walking around outside. Fully enclosed basketball court and swimming areas so that you don’t have to constantly monitor your kids. Theatre room that shows different movies for free all day. You must be an owner or pay top dollar for ocean front but all other rooms are ocean view. Great place and would definitely return!

Check in was great, they gave us the option to check in right away or wait an hour for a higher room with a better view. We were glad we waited we had a side room (704) and could watch the cruise ships come and go. Also had a view of the ocean and Cape Canaveral light house. The resort is very clean and well kept. Our room had a fully equipped kitchen, a king bed in the master bedroom and two twins in the other. The only complaint we have is they use those jet water-saver shower heads we jets do not like them. The resort has lots of parking some of which is covered. If you have been to many Florida beach front resorts you know how big a deal this is. Nothing worse than coming home after a long day or touring and not have a parking space. This resort has plenty of parking FIVE stars on parking. The resort has a very nice pool and hot tube, pool bar, great beach access for those nice long beach walks and an onsite Mexican restaurant (Azteca II) Only 25 minutes fro the Kennedy Space Center, very easy to get there up 1A1. Highly recommend the extra $25 for the guided tours. They let you get out of the bus and take pictures and ask questions. If you are a space nut like me get the multi-day pass otherwise you will not have enough time to see everything. Also you get a parking voucher for each ticket so save you $10 bucks on day two. Went on an Adventure Kayak tour it was a nice two hour tour and only 10 minutes from the resort. Place to Eat. Fish Lips at the harbor. Went Sunday at about 4:30 go upstairs to the patio grab a drink and highly recommend the Shrimp nachos. Now relax and watch the cruise ships pass by just outside.

Beautiful resort with extremely helpful and friendly staff. All areas were always clean. A very short walk to the beach. Pool had a great temperature with live music a couple of afternoons. Everything we expect on our vacation. Would definitely return here.

Our second visit to the Resort, and it didnt disappoint. We had a great time, fabulous spacious apartment with a fantastic ocean view. A short boardwalk to the beach, where we spent a good few days. The only negative to me, is the $25 a day charge for sunbeds and umbrella, IMO these should be provided FOC, in particular the umbrella, in these days of skin cancer awareness, surely shade should be provided at no cost. The pool area is really nice with various entertainment through the week. Friendly staff, and easy check in. Also covered parking was a bonus.

Accomodation was terrific. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Front desk ladies very helpful. Close to Grocery & Restaurants. Enjoyed the pool & the gym. We were a couple but is also a great place for families....many with children there.

Great time for whole family. Grand kids absolutely love this place. Was never over crowded at the pool or beach. Oh yeah, and the kids really love the movie theater. If you are looking for a place to really enjoy your family, look no further, this is the place.

Very clean and friendly. We enjoyed going to the beach but also had a good time at the pool. Great places to eat Seaford are close by and we enjoyed watching some ships come and go. Cocoa beach is a good place to relaxband enjoy the beach.

The resort is clean and very close to the beach. The check in process was Fast! No pressure from time share people all week long. The resort is walking distance to shopping and resaurants. We enjoyed the Mexican resaurant on site. A car rental is a must, while it is close to some stuff, you will want a car to be able to explore the area.
