The pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner & drinks there is something for everyone. You are also only a few minutes from the famous Ron Jons Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction.

Unit 508 has a King bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a queen air mattress in the living room. In addition, everything you need is provided such as free high-speed wireless internet, beach toys and accessories, linens, towels, a full kitchen, in unit washer/dryer and much more

Enjoy all of the amenities (at no cost) the Chateau by the Sea building has to offer such as a heated oceanfront pool and private access to the beach. In addition there is a 360 degree roof deck which is perfect for viewing shuttle launches, sunsets or just sunbathing! This is the only complex in Cocoa Beach with a roof top deck that allows weekly rentals.

Beautiful condo on the fifth floor. Beautiful sunrises and right next to the Pier. Teenagers were able to have their independence and walked everywhere. We explored NASA Kennedy Space Center and Universal Parks.

My husband and I stayed in 508 for a 3 day weekend trip and had a great time! Room was clean and had an amazing view! We really enjoyed having a full kitchen/microwave and living room area. Loved everything about Chateau by the Sea! Perfect location. Beautiful view. Close to good restaurants, grocery, shopping. Walk to Cocoa Beach Pier. The entire facility was clean and well kept. We love staying at Chateau By The Sea!! We have stayed there twice now and will continue to stay when we make it back to cocoa Beach. It is a very clean place, Love the amenities, Love the location, it is very convenient to walk to all of our favorite bars and restaurants! Easy check in and check out, the property manager checks in with you to make sure you don't need anything. Love the place, will not stay any where else when visiting Cocoa Beach!!
