It was really comforting. I would keep staying here.

No hot water for shower. Had to fill ice bucket with hot water and fill bathtub. Tub perfect size for a 10 year old. Water wouldn't drain out of bathtub so I stuck shampoo bottle under drain. Water wouldn't turn off sink unless you positioned it just right which was a little to the cold side and up. Can't believe they charge $114 for crap. WiFi terrible. I would rather sleep in my pickup and find a truck stop to shower in.

It was just a one night stay. Nothing relate to write about .

Our stay at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Clovis, NM, was very pleasant. Our room with 2 queen beds was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would most certainly stay here again. As opposed to other hotels whose review we read before booking here, the trains did NOT bother us at all.

We specifically paid for a NON SMOKING Room (paid extra on "Big O") to have one, and when we get there, "Big O" has booked us a smoking room. The staff was more than sympathetic to our issue and did everything they could (since they did not have any non-smoking rooms available for us to transfer into) to make sure our stay was comfortable to our needs. Comfort Inn can blame "Big O" for our poor review on the comfort of the room.

The young lady who worked at the desk when we checked in was very nice and helpful as were those that were there when we checked out. None were foreigners who often are difficult to understand. There was some mildew around the edges of the tub that I reported to the front desk. Also, the shower head was stuck and could not be adjusted to the different choices usually available. Other than this, I would stay in the hotel again.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. Good service for the price and great breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

we were very pleased with the room. it was large, extremly clean. The only thing is I get cold easy and the bathroom was cold when I took a shower beccause of the ac, there is only a heat lamp in there but otherwise it was great. I guesss its good to get goosebumps once in awhile. We would definitely stay again

Mike, I apologize for the inconveniences you faced during your stay at our hotel. We have recently upgraded our wifi speed and I would absolutely like to fix the issue with our bathtub drain. I would be happy to talk with you further on the issue if you would like to contact me at the hotel. Thank you so much.
