The room, bedding, linens were good. The receptionist was excellent. The room itself was mediocre, as I suspect that the whole of the hotel is nearing the end of serviceability. The door jamb is useless, the security slide is worthless. The towel rack in the bathroom is shot. It is janky. Should the owners/shareholders of this hotel stay here?

Room felt neglected and needs an update. I saw black mold painted over on the bathroom walls. There was a smell upon entering the room, I smelled the pillows and they smelled of dirty sweaty heads. I asked for replacements and they weren't much better. The train keeps you awake until 12-2am. This causes you to sleep in the next morning, which resulted in no room service during my 3 night stay because we had the do not disturb sign up until we got up and ready for the day around 12:00 -12:30 noon time. At that time, I removed the do not disturb and was told I didn't get my room cleaned because cleaning people finish at 12:00. Price fit my budget, beds were comfortable once you were able to get any sleep from all the noise from the trains across the street and people in general walking by the room being loud. There was such a huge gap around the bottom half of the doorway that all the cold comes right in and we had a spider and other rolly Polly come through there also. Thank goodness the heater worked good. There is my review. I probably wont stay here again. Its worth paying more for a quiet, clean and comfortable stay.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Please keep in mind this is an an economy hotel. It is not a five-star, Windsor or Hilton where you pay $500 a night for a room. So the property is very well maintained. The rooms are clean and everything in the room works. Value for dollar. This is a great hotel. You get what you pay for. You. Get friendly service from the staff. A clean room. A clean bed, fully functioning air conditioner. Quick attention to any issues or problems that may arise and a beautiful courtyard that is very pet friendly. Dining outside in the courtyard is very comfortable as there are several tables with chairs located throughout the area. The pool inside is very clean and very well maintained. There are also several barbecue grills available for barbecuing if you would like. There is parking in the back for larger vehicles. I drive a semi and there were several 18 wheelers parked there during their stay.
