Front desk staff were great, room was nice and clean. Queen beds were very comfortable. Only complaint was the pull out sofa mattress had several stains on it but tends to be a recurring issue at most hotels.

The room had a bit of frayed carpet. Was spotless. Staff was incredibly friendly. Buding was nice and solid. The hotel is near railroad tracks but back and third floor room....i couldnt hear the trains. The hot tub was nice! Full breakfast was good! Free enhance water was a perk..mango. i prepaid. I plan to use this place again.Iwas very happy. Itlived up to its great reviews and was a great price.

Clean room on the 1st level. The staff we encountered through our stay were all great. There was a lady cleaning up breakfast that was so nice! We talked for a bit. Check in and out was easy and quick.

Everything, starting with the staff member that greeting us and checked us in to the check out. We forgot our phone charger and the staff at the front desk got it to us before we left the building. The woman in the kitchen was wonderful, she was a warm smile every morning, she was helpful and made us feel at home! Every staff member we encountered was smiling and friendly! I wish every where we traveled had a duplicate of this BW !

This was a nice, safe hotel, the room was clean and bed was comfortable. As a first impression, the lobby was small, but also rather dimly lit. Parking was a bit of a walk for loading bags. There was no fresh-cut fruit at breakfast.
