The staff were lovely, it was clean and efficient room for me and my puppy! Great grassy field for the pup to run! The property felt safe and was well lit. Our room was nicely decorated, clean and spacious! The a/c unit was old and loud, otherwise the room was perfect! I retired from the area, this will be my go-to place from now on!

Absolutely unacceptable. This place is a complete disaster. No heat on one of the coldest nights in Ohio. We set the thermostat to 84 and waited over two hours—still freezing. Maintenance finally comes down and has the nerve to tell us that the heat is working because he felt it, implying we were somehow imagining the cold. Gaslighting at its finest. After that? The front desk stopped answering the phone. I called the hotel’s main number and got a recording saying they weren’t accepting calls at all. You literally cannot reach a human when something goes wrong. I contacted Expedia, who initiated a cancellation due to unsafe conditions—and the hotel denied it. So they’re fine leaving guests without heat in winter as long as they still get paid. To make it even more ridiculous, we were told to use the Lowe’s customer Wi-Fi across the street because theirs was unusable. I wish I were joking. I was only here because a pipe burst in my apartment and I had nowhere else to go. Dealing with this level of incompetence and indifference on top of an already stressful situation was the last thing I needed. If negative stars were an option, this place would earn them. Avoid at all costs.

The room was ice cold, they should have atleast had the heat on prior to my arrival. The next morning breakfast was over at 9:30, I arrived at 8:45 and all the hot food like eggs, sausage/bacon etc vessels were empty, I asked about it and was told all gone. As a consumer, I should have been accommodated because when looking for hotels I look at the amenities and that's what I expect

Bathroom is not a bathroom. Pool was not at the temp the clerk told me it was. It was actually cold and not at °82 like I was told . Had to get my own coffee cups for my room their were none. Bathtub does drain well at all when showering water fills up in the tub. Wall around shower stall needs alot of repair.

Very clean place. Easy checkin got a room on the 1st floor by an exit. Large room comfortable bed plus a couch a chair in sitting area. Plus a desk chair. Usb outlets next to bed tons of tv channels with HBO and Cinemax plus all the rest. Plenty of room to park my car with a trailer. At check-in was given a complimentary bottle of water which was unexpected. Nice free breakfast Eggs Bacon Bagels pancakes yogurt plus cereal and other options. Very nice staff every interaction they were polite and helpful. Definitely the nicest place i have stayed at in that area fir the price. Will save the hotel as a favorite.

The hotel and the room were dated, but clean. Breakfast had more than expected, which was pleasant. The night staff was not the most friendly, but maybe just having a bad day. Not many amenities. Overall, decent for what you pay.
