We made a very short-term same-day reservation trying to avoid holiday travel weather which was accommodated without issue. We also arrived very late in the night which was also accommodated (thank you!!) One star was removed because we were on the third floor and some construction work was occurring on the top floor which caused noise that set our dog on edge, and we struggled to keep her from barking. When construction is finished we would give 5 stars! The surrounding area is a little post-apocalyptic with surrounding hotels and mall being vacant and boarded up, especially arriving so late in the night, but we had zero issues so don’t let appearances bias you. Great stay and friendly staff.
