Location wise, this is perfect. Want fancy steakhouse? Boom, right there around corner. All best of Cleveland is here. From their E 4th St mini Bourbon St to CVS pharmacy to reputable PNC bank ATM. What more do you need? Unfortunately, they gave me room not so spacious and really tight but everything looks nice though. It’s just that I like a bit more room.

Great stay.

From the moment we arrived and got an early check in, to the minute we checked out this was an outstanding visit. We have stayed in great hotels all over and the staff here was equal to anywhere we’ve stayed. Shout out to Larry the bartender, great talking with you. The rooms reminded us of a nicer European hotel, small but well designed rooms. Just 2 comments, don’t expect a great view. It would help if the elevators had somewhat brighter lighting. Brass buttons on a brass panel are somewhat hard to read.

Beautiful hotel with cozy comfort!

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay. The room was modern and beautifully decorated. The bed was plush and inviting with crisp white linens. The bathroom was roomy and well appointed with great water pressure. Super friendly and accommodating staff made all of our requests happen. Will definitely stay here again!

Unique and beautifully designed and decorated.

The Fidelity was a very unique hotel. The rooms were like none other I’ve ever really stayed in. It wasn’t like some sort of formula standard room, where each one looked the same. Definitely a high-quality fun place to stay.
