It's in walking distance to CWRU, University hospital, Cleveland clinic, public transportation, and many great restaurants and bakeries. We have off-street parking for 1 car and easy access into apartment. There is a full kitchen and the living room has a double recliner. This is a family owned and occupied,4 unit property since the early 1900's

If you’re going to be in Cleveland and definitely wanna be in the vicinity of Little Italy than this is your place. Excellent proximity to all of the local shops and restaurants and it’s very quiet and low-key. Add to that that you’ve got a dedicated parking space and this location checks all the boxes. Would stay again.

Perfect, cozy 1 br apartment on the lower level. I stayed for a quick overnight between work shifts at a nearby hospital so the location was super convenient.
