Enjoyed the stay albeit to short. The service and staffs were very friendly and professional.

Decided to have a staycaton in downtown Cleveland. The hotel was beautiful, the city was beautiful. Everything within walking distance. Loved it!!!

Great place and location; staff great bar great food great

Hotel was excellent but my stay was ruined when I robbed walking from hotel to casino thru public square. Need police on sidewalks

Our stay was really good overall. We wanted to check in early, and they did accommodate us, though we ended up in a slightly weird handicap room. The room could have been a little more thorough cleaning in the bathroom, but I am also obsessive. The restaurant breakfast was AWESOME. Highly recommended. The waitstaff was great and the buffet didn't disappoint. Location was within walking to all sporting arenas and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. We'd stay again, but hopefully get a better room.

I've stayed in lots of hotels in Cleveland and this is among the best. It's not super high end and the rooms aren't luxurious, but it's clean. I'd stay here again just to earn the Marriott Rewards points. If I wasn't trying to earn rewards I would probably stay at the Westin, which has updated decor and design as well as a much better restaurant option.

The staff were very accommodating. Treated us very well

Hotel met and exceeded expectations. It was in a good location for going to see a Cleveland Brown's game. Staff was very helpful and managed to fit in a roll away bed into the room so my daughter could have her own bed. Facilities were nice and generally pretty happy. The only annoyance was that we could not check in to our room when we first arrived, which was after the set check in period. Besides that, good time and value.

Great place to stay for the weekend and see a good football game.

I was in town for a wedding and this was the hotel chosen by the bride and groom. Good choice. The location is close to the Rock Hall of Fame and Browns Stadium. The staff could not have been any friendlier and helpful. Would stay there again.

Great hotel for service, location and price. The one downside was that I found that sound carried from the hallway into the room, which was a problem when there were several weddings and drunk guests returning in the middle of the night.

It was a wonderful stay. Food, Mall, Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame, Browns Stadium, Baseball and Basketball stadiums were all in walking distance. Customer services was amazing. Highly recommended!

Valet service, concierge services, ease of check-in/out, lobby & lounge comfort were all top rate. We enjoyed and took advantage of the hotel's excellent downtown location to experience the sights, sounds and amenities of the downtown. Many of the Cleveland attractions (e.g. the ballpark, lakefront & R&R HOF) were within easy walking distance or short drives from the hotel. The standard rooms/beds were very comfortable but lacked bathroom/basin area privacy.

Spent a weekend in Cleveland and was very pleased with this hotel. We had several different things planned throughout the city and it wound up being only a 10-15 minute walk to each of them. Bed was remarkably comfortable, along with the pillows. Would definitely stay again!

The Marriott Downtown Cleveland was a great hotel to stay in. Took the RTA from the airport which brought us to a short walk to the hotel. The room was perfect with a view. Jake's restaurant was a reasonable place for a good breakfast. Hotel staff was more than helpful in all our requests. The hotel is near shops, attractions, and the casino. It's a short walk to the Q arena and Progressive Ball Park.

Great place to stay and walk to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Museum, Cleveland Stadium, great restaurants, Science museum etc. Lovely greenspace/war memorial statue/water fountain outside the front door. Great and friendly staff...Easy drive to Art museum, Botanical Gardens, Frank Geahry architecture on campus of Case Western U. Well appointed and comfortable.

The overall staff was amazing. But when I asked for help with finding things to do, no one seemed to know where to go or how to get there. They need a more I formed concierge desk. Also the bathroom was very tiny and lacked amenities I am used to finding in the Marriott chain. I would stay again due to the convenient location.

Hotel is close to everything. Excellent visit and would recommend to snyone

short = 1 night stay only. Staff was very friendly!

Hotel was easy enough to get to with my Garmin. It's definately clean and upscale. I opted for the breakfast for 2 for $20, it's only an $8 savings, but the buffet is excellent and well worth it. To me the only draw back is when your paying that much for a room for one nite you shouldn't have to pay to park your car on top of the room price.$8 for 24 hrs. fr self park in the parking ramp,$25 for Valet for 24 hrs.
