Extremely excellent hotel and the owners of the hotel are extremely nice and interesting people. Excellent maps on the walls in the lobby and the rooms are extremely clean and nice. Coffee in the lobby is delicious and the hotel is close enough to downtown Clarksdale that people who like to walk could easily walk.

PRO. Nice, friendly, helpful Indian couple who runs this hotel. Basic room with standard amenitities that is comfortable enough for a few nights. Simple breakfast in the lobby - free. Nearby restaurants and 5 minutes from city centre. There are not many options in Clarksdale for reasonable, good value accommodation. So this is probably the best bet. CON. WiFi was slow and unstable. We had to call the service provider who tried to help even if it was Xmas Day. The breakfast selection could be improved.

We came rolling into Clarksdale, Miss on motorcycles after camping in the Delta for several nights. We were beat from the heat and stopped at the first place we found to spend the night. This place is a little run down and not updated but we were not complaining. Hey, We were in Clarksdale, Mississippi! It was 4th of July so we stood outside a while and chatted with construction workers who stayed there. Nothing special but we were glad to sleep inside!

Have stayed at this hotel many times over the past decade. This year we had 4 rooms booked for our band members. As in past stays, our full week’s stay was fantastic! Much thanks to manager Mona, and front desk staff Sandra, Rodney, and others. Very good breakfast included, and location close to restaurants, and blues sites! We were sad to hear of Yvondelle’s accident, and glad we got to have a short visit to her at the rehab/nursing home!

I made a reservation on booking.com and the photos of the hotel and the room looked fine. However, the reality was very different. The building is falling apart, the rooms are shabby with badly stained furniture and the bathroom did not look clean. Fortunately I didn’t have to use the microwave or refrigerator as they weren’t clean either. I spent as little time in the room as possible. I needed to do laundry but the washing machine and dryer were disgusting. My recommendation? Avoid and stay somewhere else.

Hotel was clean and people were very nice. Location was excellent for our travel route also, we had stayed at the same location about three years ago. Myself and my SO have stayed at Americas Best Value Inns at several locations during our travels.

This is not anything like the pics or description. Very disappointed. Did not even want to get in the shower. Not clean and microwave nor refrigerator were clean. Only thing that seemed to matter was that bed was made. The rest was dirty and I was not wanting to touch much of anything.

We were on vacation and stopped here as it was the place we stayed at in 2012. We came in at 2:30am Friday paid until Sunday. The room smelled of mole, bed was uncomfortable and sink/tub was half cleaned. We checked out on Saturday; they did not ask why or refund any monies. Night staff was friendly; morning staff at desk was unfriendly. We will not stay here ever again.

This place is a filthy stinking half star hovel. DONT STOP - KEEP DRIVING . Wires hanging out of ceiling in reception - —- smelly old sofa —- unkempt receptionist——— rooms look like they have been filled with junk from the rubbish tip, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. KEEP DRIVING

Very basic hotel, clean just enough, breakfast is quite basic. However woman at reception was very nice and change our room from 2nd floor to the 1st one when she saw us with 2 big bags. Personnel always smiling, that's help!
