I stayed 1 night during my trip to Carmen. Room was fine and food in restaurant was ok. This is a basic hotel for short stay and enough to get a good rest. Staff was very friendly and receptionist was very kind.
Passed through CDC and stayed here. Was a little noisy but was a place to hang hat for one night. Out of Doble rooms but got an added bed for price of course. The breakfast was pretty good especially since it was included, hotel price was competitive. Fruit was very fresh!
A bit expensive. Good hotel, well located, clean with Gym, swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Food is average and you can get better options around Carmen. There is abad in the 4th floor. It is also quiet and overall good stay.
Having lived in the city for two years with the Holiday Inn right around the corner, it was a saving grace to go for ex-patriot company while my husband was working. I had lunch there, used the pool and the gym. The family that owned it was lovely.

It is a nice hotel, the rooms are so clean you can smell the clean as soon as you walk in. The staff is very friendly, polite, attentive and very helpful. The restaurant is very nice; they have a buffet for breakfast and for lunch. The food was very good and tasty. The waiters are also very, very attentive, my cup of coffee never ran out and my glass of fruit juice never went empty either, the waiters were very vigilant. I highly recommend this hotel. I was there for three days on business.
Nice business hotel... very nice breakfast. Comfortable facilities in general. Didn't use it, but pool area looks nice for families. Pretty close to the airport. If you come in large groups, anticipate your check out.
Greeted very nicely on arrival, treated well throughout the stay. Even though my Spanish is little to none everyone was very accommodating. Rooms were basic but comfortable. Renervations underway so I expect improved room quality on next visit. Food is ok for evening meal, breakfast is much better with a wide selection. Nice pool and very cold beer. Life is good!
I stayed at the HI for a month with my husband while he was working in Ciudad Del Carmen. Older hotel that is kept up extremely well. No mosquitoes. Amazing considering all the palm trees and other beautiful plants and landscaping. They have a unique anti mosquito radar thingy that deters them from getting near the hotel. Fantastic, we want them for our yard. The room was spotless, pool fabulous and squeaky clean, food & service, and room service was PERFECTION. If I had to say anything negative about this place it would be the ice machine was not working a couple of days on our floor. We just got some from another floor. No big deal. They also have a ride to and from the airport (Holiday Inn shuttle, WONDERFUL), some of the most polite, well mannered, nicest people I have ever been around at a hotel. Front desk employees and door men, the cleaning staff, drivers, dry cleaning staff, waiters, waitresses, pool man, vehicle washers, ALL OF THEM, I saw first hand everyday for a solid month how hard and long hours they work. 5 Stars.
A well know brand of hotels, so safe, reliable and nice enough for local standards. Internet was decent, room cleaning was good. There was a pool outside which looked really nice (did not have time to try). Downsides are there were mosquitoes flying around in corridors and in room. With all this Zika stories, you get hesitant a bit, but you should have mosquito repellent if plan to travel to Mexico anyway. Also almost the only and most annoying thing about this hotel is floors. It is not a soft floor, feels like a bathroom floor and everywhere is like that. P.S: Breakfast was very good. And location is best you can get in town, there is everything in walking distance, mall, fastfood places, places to eat and drink and etc. Also you get free airport shuttle.
