Liked: Cleanliness
First, I will start with the positives. The place itself is very nice. Updated, modern and clean. We did have a situation where there were no plates or bowls. We had to buy disposable ones, but the management team had some delivered the next day. They were very responsive. It is very close to the expressway and the OTR.The negatives. I feel the description was deceptive. It indicates it is in the heart of the OTR, and it is not. It is located a few miles outside of the OTR. Had I known this I would not have booked it. We tried to give the area a chance, but we did not feel safe. The dead bolt plate on the door was missing, and you can see the outside with the door closed. It was not a secure door at all. There were people hanging outside being loud each night. One night there were so many people outside hanging out around our car. They were leaning on it, looking in the windows, placing their drinks on it. There was loud music, yelling and car revving. This lasted until 3:00am. We would have left that night, but we had tickets to an event the next morning. When we came home the next day, there was no parking in front of the place. At this time, we decided to leave early. After a long hot day in the sun, not getting sleep the nights before, we left at 8:00 pm at night to drive almost 9 hours home.
