Got moved from our original booking to a different room. Came back from our first night out to a flooded bathroom floor from a leak in the sink’s pipes. The owner obviously had prior knowledge of the problem due to their being a bowl under the pipe catching the water. The phone number provided for situations like this was completely useless as well.
