Queen sleeper sofa in large living room along with an additional couch. Eclectic backyard space for cooking, eating, and a fire. FREE on street parking, no elevator.

This newly renovated luxury condo includes two bedrooms with in bathroom suite. Over 1,700 square feet to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. There are two additional couches- allowing 10 guests total if needed. Stunning views of the city on both floors. Spacious living room great for entertaining. Local brewery bar and coffee bar off of the kitchen for your enjoyment. Enjoy the outdoor patio with a nice evening fire and bbq! Short walk to local restaurants, breweries, TQL, Hard Rock Casino, and local parks! Experience the Queen City!
