The entire room was a filthy mess. Tub had hair in it. Dirt, loose caulk around tub and baseboard. Pubic hair and dried urine on toilet. Felt like we had to, and we did, check for bedbugs. Thank God no bedbugs. But having to use bathroom in nite, there was a roach scurrying from bathroom to under sink over baseboard and wall. Put clothes and shoes on to sleep rest of nite

Toilet did not flush, I had to remove tank lid to pull up on flushing mechanism also sink draining was VERY slow....Loved being able to park near room!!!

We felt slightly ripped off for what we paid. Things that I could generally look past were annoyances given what we paid. We booked a queen and were given a double. The room seemed okay on the surface, but there were dead bugs, stains, etc. Again, things I can look past if it wasn't $200+ per night. It basically felt like a run down motel that had been given a mediocre face-lift. We were very underwhelmed in terms of value.

Location was good, near freeway and staff was friendly. Unfortunately, no service after first night. Had to request tissue paper and clean towels upon our return to the room at 9 pm. BTW, This is not a hotel, it’s a motel. Outdoor entrance to rooms, one ice maker near office, and did not have the requested handicap accessible room. We should have canceled our stay but we’ll get over not getting a shower until our next hotel in Louisville, Holiday Inn Express had exactly what we needed.
The place looked as if had just been renovated. I wasn’t expecting much, I very pleasantly surprised. Bed was comfortable, but the bedding could have been better, glad I had brought my own pillow.
The motel is clean and the staff were wonderful. The free breakfast was better than most of this kind. It is near the 275 expressway and very close to many restaurants and shopping. My minor quibble is that the air conditioning was so strong that our choice was only very cold or turning it off. We mostly kept it off, which worked out fine. But if you are traveling through or need to be in the area, this is a good choice.
At check-in, Theresa was friendly, professional and very helpful. Best hotel employee I have encountered, anywhere, ever. Malfunctioning fridge was addressed quickly with a new unit in less than 25 minutes - appeeciated as I had food to chill.
