The motel is clean and the staff were wonderful. The free breakfast was better than most of this kind. It is near the 275 expressway and very close to many restaurants and shopping. My minor quibble is that the air conditioning was so strong that our choice was only very cold or turning it off. We mostly kept it off, which worked out fine. But if you are traveling through or need to be in the area, this is a good choice.

At check-in, Theresa was friendly, professional and very helpful. Best hotel employee I have encountered, anywhere, ever. Malfunctioning fridge was addressed quickly with a new unit in less than 25 minutes - appeeciated as I had food to chill.

I showed up and found they put me in a smoking room. They only had smoking left so I asked to cancel and confirmed I would get a refund. over a week later and they charged my CC and refuse to refund my money! The guy in line in front of me got charged for an extra night and was fighting with them about that charge, they refused to refund his money as well. This hotel is running a scam, so watch out!

It is amazing what you get at this hotel for the price that you pay. I paid $135 for everything and the hotel was more than sub-par. First, I booked through Orbitz. I was coming in town and the other part of my party arrived first and was refused the otion to check in to the room and shower. I spoke with the front desk person over the phone, explained that I had booked the reservation and tried to work out ANY way that the other person in my party could check in without me since I would not physically be in town until late and my credit card was the one that the reservation was under. We offered to text a picture of my ID, to give them the booking number, the credit card number that the booking was under, anything to confirm the booking in order to let my party get in to the room. The hotel did not even TRY to help. Just kept saying "no." Absolutely horrible customer service and no interest in actually being helpful or productive. Secondly, (and because of the situation above) we did not actually phsically get in to the room until very late. I did not realize that the booking was for a smoking room (IT IS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. YOU CANNOT EVEN BREATHE.) and so I attempted to change the booking (I PAID $135!!!) the woman chuckled when I called and told me they were full and I could not change. Once again, didn't ask questions, didn't apologize, didn't even attempt to help, just said no. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS HOTEL. Do not book.

This was our second stay. We returned because we were very happy with this bargain hotel last year. This time we stayed three nights and our son stayed one. The staff was helpful in getting our son's room next to ours. However our "non-smoking room" reaked of stale smoke. We made the mistake of accepting it anyway because of the location, and the staff supplied us with Febreze. Our son arrived the next day and his was the same. Our advice is to check out the room before accepting it. We are now laundering everything that was in our luggage.

We arrived around mid-night and found an attendant ready to help register. We did have trouble finding the room, because the numbers were difficult to see in the dark. We suggest larger numbers in a contrasting color. The rest of our stay was very comfortable.

Had to body slam our door to get it open or shut. But the bed was soft as a cloud and it was overall an amazing hotel. People were so friendly

The staff were very helpful. The room smelled from being smoked in although it was a non - smoking room. They brought a can of spray right away that took away the odor. The location was perfect for where we needed to be for my 50 class reunion. Breakfast was better than some we have had at "breakfast included" motels. The staff was always cleaning the grounds to maintain the apperance.

We arrived to the hotel at 3:45 pm...opened our room door and it reeked of cigarette smoke. We called the front desk and asked for a new room, they refused to change our room. The second problem was we were assigned a handicapped room that only had a small shower with a fixed bench. It was impossible for us to shower together. The staff was rude and not willing to accommodate us.

We traveled to Cincinnati for a mini-vacation & wanted a centralized location between the aquarium, zoo, & Kings Island. The location was perfect, but that's about it. The hotel was a motel, which was not what we anticipated based on price & pictures online. The room smelled like mildew upon arrival. Also there was water all over the bathroom floor & we discovered that the ceiling had a gaping hole in it over the shower & was dripping all over the place. The hotel offered only to look at it in the morning. It was worse in the morning & we were finally moved to another mildew smelling room. No one offered though to help move us to our new room across the parking lot or even gave us a luggage carrier. So we showered & left for Kings Island for the day & upon arrival we discovered that no one came in to clean/tidy the room. [...] We always have good luck staying at Best Western's [...], but this experience was one I had to share in hopes that no one else has to endure what we did.

I was pleasantly surprised from the moment we arrived. Even my wife could find nothing to complain about. (And that's saying a lot) Everything you could have possibly needed was right where it should have been. First class all the way. Loved the pool!

Hotel was fine. Room was a little small and the bathtub needed cleaning esp to the floor of it. Bed was comfortable. Easy to get to eating places.

The stafff was very pleasant. The room was clean and well maintained.

Nice and clean, located within 7 miles of riverbend music center

This was the first hotel stop on a week long ballpark road trip. Though the hotel was much farther from downtown Cincinnati (and the Great American Ballpark) than I expected, it was clean and comfortable. The pool was small, but just the right size and had a cute little indoor/outdoor feel. The rooms were big and I loved having the vanity outside the bathroom/shower area so someone could shower while I was doing my hair and make-up. Each room had a private entrance. We were the farthest room away from the lobby where breakfast was in the morning, but it was still quite convenient and close. Breakfast was simple, but just right! It included a couple of microwaveable items that my husband enjoyed very much (little breakfast sandwiches or burritos). All in all a good start to our trip.

The room was very small and had a musty smell to it. The sheets were not fresh and the room itself hadn't been clean for a few days. There were spiders with their webs in the tub and sink areas. The pool was small and shallow. When we ask for extra blanket we were told they didn't have any. Continental brakfast consisted of hot pockets that we had to microwave or cereal. NEVER stay at a Best Western again.

For the location and price I couldn't complain. It was a short drive to the concert down by the river but the room had the worst smoke smell that I have ever had in a hotel room. It smelled like a giant ash tray!

great motel for convenience

slimy scum bags

I showed up and found they put me in a smoking room. They only had smoking left so I asked to cancel and confirmed I would get a refund. over a week later and they charged my CC and refuse to refund my money! The guy in line in front of me got charged for an extra night and was fighting with them about that charge, they refused to refund his money as well. This hotel is running a scam, so watch out!

very bad experience

fine except for smoke smell
