My wife and I stayed for our 2nd Anniversary. The room was beautiful and the view was amazing, everyone working was helpful. The only negative thing I can say was that the jets didn’t work in the tub, but that didn’t affect how much we enjoyed our stay. There is a major remodel going on in the lobby area, so the front desk is in an odd location, but still a great place to stay. We will definitely be back.

Hotel is under construction , so no room service, no available restaurants. Construction noise all morning. Since I am an orbit platinum member I was told i was going to get a complimentary sparkling wine in my room. It was not there and when i asked about it they reception told me they will try to work on it (as if it is a big deal) and nothing happened. The reception checked another guest to the same room as mine (someone actually came inside my room while my wife was in there). Overall a bad experience. (they took off the valet fees in the end).

No buffet breakfast, no fitness center. Carpet cleaning at 4:00am. They need to do better. Room was clean though, and staff polite.

Very very dated. Dirty common areas and the room was not up to standards. Furniture uncomfortable and essentially falling apart. Television was smalll and at least 5-8 years old. Picture quality terrible. Not worth the price nor would it be for 49.99. Honest but fair assessment.

Great hotel right in the heart of everything you want to get to in Cincinnati. Rooms were recently upgraded and renovated very nice and beautiful oversized bathrooms with magnificent showers, we booked the executive deluxe king room , well worth the money , one of the nicest rooms I’ve stayed for under 200 dollars,

The photos were nice but the rooms and the lobby were just very dated - much more than expected based on the photos. The staff was friendly, location was great and the room was large.

The hotel was in good condition and clean. The staff was friendly and check in and out was easy and smooth. There are a lot of places to eat within walking distance.

Pleasantly surprised this hotel was beautiful, clean, the bed was soooo comfy. Staff was helpful. Wanted to stay longer!

My wife and I stayed here the night of our wedding, and again this most recent time for our 1 year anniversary. Our first stay was in standard room which was spacious and clean. The second time we booked the Deluxe Executive King room, which was very nice and had a large bathroom with a deep soak tub and large shower. The hotel is in walking distance to many eateries and is only about 4 blocks or so from the bars at "the Banks" near Great American Ballpark. The Cricket Lounge had great drinks and a friendly staff and had a live jazz trio playing the night we stayed. My only complaint is that the rooms are not very sound absorbent so both times we heard a lot of street and hallways noise. Other than that, the hotel is a great place to stay!

The room advertised on orbitz looked nothing like the actual room we stayed in! The bathroom and shower/jacuzzi were updated and was the highlight of the room, however the size of the room, the bed and tv were outdated and disappointing in comparison with the images advertised from the Orbitz booking page for this specific room! Quite deceiving if you ask me! I did enjoy my stay anyway, especially the shower and jacuzzi!

We checked into our room and the staff was so nice! I went into my room and it had not been cleaned. I dropped my luggage in the closet and put our drinks in the fridge and told the staff that our room hadn't been cleaned. When I came back that evening the refrigerator was missing. They had taken all of our drinks with it!! The room was beautiful but the matress was broke and the walls were paper thin. I could hear the neighbors using the bathroom and woke up to loud rap music. There was not a coffee maker in the room and my drinks were gone. It was a rough morning.

We loved this hotel! Close to the Reds stadium, friendly staff, beautiful room. We will definitely stay here again!

It was a good one. A real good one. A very, very good one.

Great location, Great staff, and comfortable rooms

Not a pleasant experience for sure, nothing bad as such, but nothing appealing that makes me rate more than average.

Not worth it for the price. Room was not as nice as advertised. Not updated as promised. 35+ mins to wait on car from valet.

This was pit second stay. It seemed much noisier this time and my husband struggled to sleep for the noise on the street and down the halls. It is s beautiful and charming hotel but it feels a little expensive given it needs work. Some floors and the grand staircase are noticeably uneven and wobbly and there is some noise from neighbors. It isn't terrible, it just feels expensive. It is $35 (plus a tip) to park your car or you can figure out where the nearest parking garage is and leave it there. Not happy at all about that.

Everything was excellent. This hotel is a true gem, especially for its price. Can't recommend it enough.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Cincinnati. My husband treated me to a night there for my birthday and we could not have asked for a better experience. The beds were extremely comfortable and, overall, we had a lovely time with no issues.
