Great location, affordable, easy access to everything Cincinnati.

Stayed here for a long weekend by myself on a work trip and was happy with the property. Extremely convenient location to downtown, and easy access to Mount Adams neighborhood entertainment. Easy to get Ubers and Lyfts. You are in the basement of another property, so ceilings are a bit shorter than normal, it feels like a basement, but it’s nicely kept, and it was perfect for my trip.

Good nook in Mt.Adams

We enjoyed our stay in Mt. Adams - and this spot is in a great location! We walked to a Reds game and had late night drinks after in the neighborhood. The studio itself is good. We noticed a slightly musty, earthy odor, but that’s to be expected in the basement-like place - and could be addressed with some safe scent diffusers. The neighbors above were a bit loud at times, but manageable. Loved the espresso machine and mini fridge! Overall a good stay.

Loved the place, well kept and modern. The only complaint I have is the sound of the people above The sound of their steps and any moving around comes through the ceiling pretty easily. But this was only an issue because I’m a night shift guy so my normal sleeping times conflict with those of most people so unless you’re trying to sleep at like 11 am, you should be fine. Loved it over all.

This place was fine. It was nice, clean, convenient location, and affordable. My only complaints were: 1. The temperature. 1st night was really cold, which i like, but blanket options were limited to 1 blanket and a handful of sheets. Not enough for how cold it was. 2nd night was the opposite, too hot, sweating most the night. And the Sunday night, after the WEBN fireworks, we had to listen to blasting music from a house party upstairs until midnight. I'm sure this isn't normal for every stay, but it was the fireworks night.Overall, we did enjoy our stay. But it wasn't perfect.

Cute little cellar apartment

We found this little gem quite comfortable for 2 adults. It is a lower level/underground apartment. Access would be difficult for older adults with mobility concerns - access info is not clearly mentioned in the description, just a photo is all. It was perfect for us though & we had no accessibility issues/concerns. The neighborhood is very European and rather safe. Unfortunately almost all the “rental” properties in the area are not dog friendly, despite the people living in the area all seemingly out & about with their dogs & most local businesses with dog friendly policies. We would be willing to pay more for a small dog friendly property, but they just do not seem to exist in the Mount Adams neighborhood. We did really like this property & the location. If our local family was not moving out of the neighborhood, we would definitely try to rebook this location.
