We loved this Quest! Comfy bed, great sized room - updated and pristine condition - washer and separate dryer, easy (albeit small) parking and a quiet location. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Check in was easy. Location is great - walkable to bars, restaurants, shopping, parks but separate enough to be quiet and low key when you need a break. You could tell this property was brand new and they were taking painstaking care to keep it in great condition without making you feel like you were walking on eggshells. We had a great stay and would recommend/return!

Good hole in wall when you need a bed. Relatively good soundproofing, played music right through the night without issue. Very clean with great modern appliances, well appointed. A stand out for me was the overall guest experience, staff friendly and welcoming, as well as being approachable.

The guy on reception was very helpful and as we mentioned my other half watching English football in the morning he gave us a late checkout - boys and their football I booked an apartment as gives you that bit of extra space ! Kitchen and washer a god send - we are back here later in the week - We could walk to a tram stop and into town we also went to the casino last night no luck though

The room was new, spacious, and clean, and had everything we needed. We especially liked that, despite being apartment-style accommodation, there was daily housekeeping. The staff were friendly, and everything was exactly as described. We did wish there were more convenience stores nearby, but to be fair, Christchurch is a very quiet city, and there didn’t seem to be many supermarkets within walking distance.

The rooms are great, stayed twice while travelling. Very spacious and so well equipped we had everything we wanted. First room had washing machine and dryer - top models! We took our own breakfast things but also walked to nearby breakfast venue- Laneway. Tops. Evening meals were right next door and one block walk to a Thai place - both excellent. Walked to the hop on/off tram tour around the city and the Qquake City exhibition. Quest has Position, Position, Position. Staff very friendly, happy and helpful.
