I had an amazing experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to everyone. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help, they truly made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The cleanliness of the entire property was impeccable, from the rooms to the common areas. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. One of the highlights was the excellent parking facilities, easy access, secure, and plenty of space, which is a huge plus. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, great service, and convenience, this is the one. I strongly advise anyone visiting the area to stay here. You won’t regret it!

Lovely new hotel. Everything was pristine and the restaurant had delicious food. They did try and charge double for my dinner on checkout so just watch that. I’m sure it was on purpose. The bar looked really good too. Good value for money. Nice staff.

Few good things are 1. Receptionists are welcoming. 2. There are plenty of free parking around the hotel and super easy to walk to the city. The major downside of this place was that, the room was dirty from the beginning and the staff didn’t care to clean properly. Felt like they didn’t even bother vacuuming the floor. The shower had mold and toilet seat was broken. The AC vent had so much visible dust and had allergies throughout the stay. I wouldn’t personally recommend this place or going back again.

I liked the big windows and facing north. The room was very clean and the hotel too. The room size was good, bed very comfortable and bathroom well appointed. I thought the dining room / restaurant was very dark painted black and I didn't like that. I didn't eat on site. I booked on site parking which was occupied by another car when I arrived back late one evening. I was tired and needed to go out early next morning. So I was not happy about this. The Hotel should have systems in place to prevent this happening. I got a 2 day refund for my parking. Staff were generally very helpful. In hindsight I would have preferred a hotel closer to the CBD.

Only feedback was that the ironing board was weirdly very dirty and there were no plates or cutlery that we could find, just a mug and teaspoon. If you are going to an event at the Chch town hall this is the perfect location, a very short walk.

Great place to stay close to the CBD, we easily walked to the Isaac theatre for a show. Very quiet location, no road noise. Room was very clean and tidy with good seating - only drawback was no windows available to open. Shower was awesome with a rain head option. Reception were very friendly and helpful. Offsite parking felt a bit dodgy as it’s surrounded by graffiti’d walls and very run down buildings, but vehicle was still there each morning. The restaurant was fantastic - we had both dinner and breakfast, dinner - best steak - highly recommend.
