Todo es excelente lo malo que de la nada te empiezan a aparecer cobros de 40 que ni sabes de que son de lo demás todo bien. Les recomiendo que si van a rentar en este hotel pongan una tarjeta que puedan ver su saldo

Too small for a king bed. Quarters were very cramped. Not a safe exit way. Stairway not easy to maneuver. No elevator, would have had to climb three flights plus the four steps to get into the building. Was told that there was guess laundry later to find out that it was in the other two buildings. Was not on the beach but was across a busy highway. Everything was wrong about it. Had stayed twice in the past and loved it.

I didn't like that the toilet kept backing up more than once. The room was very small. There was no chair and table to sit down to eat. But otherwise, it was a good hotel.

The door to get into the inside pool didn't work. Had a tough time to get in. My microwave was cracked. At night even with leaving the bed rooms doors open and having the AC set low I was still roasting/ burning up when waking up. Wish the BATHROOM WAS BIGGER.

Terrible experience. My boyfriend and I were able to come to the beach a day early and the day of booked a room at the Commander beach house for just a night. We arrived at 11 pm after driving 3 1/2 hours after we got off work. Check in is at the Commander hotel on the boardwalk which is across the street from the beach house hotel. Check in went smoothly and we given our room keys. Upon arrival into our room we immediately noticed the room was not clean. There were multiple areas of hair on the sheets, a large stain by the pillows on the sheets, two small brown stains on the other side of the sheets near the pillows, and hair in the shower and bathtub. I immediately reached out to the front desk and they stated that we could be moved to another room at the beach house. The front desk worker came and got us and walked us to our new room. Walking into that room it was noticeably disheveled, had an extremely strong mildew/must odor, and had the same housekeeping problems as the first, hair all over the bed. We promptly stated that this is unacceptable and we want to be moved to the Commander Location on the boardwalk. After several minutes of waiting to hear back from higher up management, we were told it would be an additional $180, on top of what we already paid, to get moved to a room at that location. We were upset by this offer due to the fact that we already paid for a room and were brought to 2 dirty rooms. Cam, the front desk

Rooms in smaller bldg were way too small! Rooms were clean but one had ants! No kitchenette only fridge and tiny micro! Close to everything, nice pool! No tram on the boardwalk! Watch the hotel charging more for things already in your cost of the hotel when previously booked! Female staff was nice! Gentleman at front desk wasn’t! Rooms were alittle high priced for how small it was! Paid less at another place down the road for 2 floors, pets, full kitchen for a weeks stay!!! Was charged for parking twice but it was refunded! Plus an extra fee for each room that was refunded but because I was charged but refunded those I ran short on money! Couldn’t do much because of it! My 5 grandkids were disappointed! If it weren’t for the pool and beach the trip would have been really bad!!! Not sure I would book at this motel again!

It was my husband and I 4th year wedding anniversary so this was the purpose of our trip. We were charged $42 for parking at the hotel on top of already paying for our room. We paid Over $40 for a pizza and wings only to have ants eat half of our pizza and then they decided the wanted to be in the bed with us.. Told the Hotel staff then they brought up a can of Raid and choked us out of the room. We were trying to get out of the room so they could spray but I guess they didn't want to wait a few minutes for that. The best part about this hotel was the porch with the rocking chairs. Check out was today at 11 but the cleaner was knocking on our door at 930 am . Won't stay here again. Ocean City a again disappointed this year. Next year we will go to a Delaware Beach.

Wonderful stay

The stay was wonderful. There was just confusion with the receptionist on the location of the room. It took us 30 minutes to locate the room. But we enjoyed our stay. I’d stay again 100% just hated there was no elevator to and had to carry everything up a bunch of stairs. But loved it felt like we were away from everyone.

We visited three separate times this summer and love it every single time. The property is one of the cleanest that I’ve ever stayed at in OCMD. My kids and I were impressed with the rooms, the indoor pool, outdoor pool, complimentary coffee, towels, and beach chairs. The location is super convenient, especially with kids. There’s two breakfast shops and an ice cream shop located in the hotel, so that was super convenient as well. Parking was included the first two times, so it was a bummer that it was extra this past weekend. The beach house is a hidden gem. We will probably be back one more time before it gets cold.

The property is clean and smells fresh. It was a basic room overall. The AC was very loud, but when it was off it was humid in the room and there were no elevators to get to the 3rd floor ( i don’t remember this being mentioned when booking the room).
