Guests have full and private access to the entire townhouse unit, including the patio and private garage.

The property is spread across two levels. The living area, kitchen, and patio are on the ground floor. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs.
Your private garage is included and accessed directly from the property — great for keeping your vehicle safe and secure throughout your stay.

Care Property Stays offers a contactless check-in process for your convenience.
Before your arrival, we will provide detailed instructions on accessing the property, including door codes and Wi-Fi passwords.

The townhouse is split across two levels — stairs are required to reach the bedrooms and bathrooms.
Quiet hours — Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm out of respect for neighbours.
Please treat the space with care — this is a privately owned home.

Early check-in or late checkout may be available for $10/hour (up to 2 hours), subject to availability.
Our local Care Property Stays team is available if you need assistance during your stay.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am 🕙⏰. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally, parties or gatherings are not allowed 🚫🎉. Any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

Check-out time is 10am ⏳, and late check-outs must be requested 24 hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property 🚭, and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee 💸. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition, and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour 🧹.

Any damages, spills, or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning 💧💔.
