Parking was easy. Staff was friendly. TV / remote did not work, even after staff tried to fix it. Parking spot was right in front of room - made it so easy to unload the luggage, especially after a long day of driving!

Comfy and cozy room. Most special place to stay in Chinle. We enjoyed all the rooms amenities, friendliness, gift shop items, and dining experience in the cafeteria. I highly recommend this lodge.

Everything was nice--the staff, the room, and the general surroundings were beautiful. I loved the history of the place and it was perfect for heading out on our Canyon Tour. Highly recommend.

This was a true hidden gem! Completely Navajo owned and operated, it is an amazing property. I would 100% stay here again. The front desk ladies were extremely nice. Beds were a little too firm for me, but I would sleep in them again.

The room was well taken care of, check-in was easy. With a large trailer, the available long parking spaces were greatly appreciated. Having NOTHING to do with Thunderbird Lodge; I ran into an issue with my Garmin GPS directing me to the wrong place (said it was about a mile before it actually was) when I entered Thunderbird Lodge by name. Fortunately, I had paper maps (I'm and old, analog person)) so it was quickly solved. Once you get past the Welcome Center for Canyon DeChelly, the road signs will get you right there. Looking forward to my next stay there, when I can spend more time
