Stay away of this place

Stay away od tenis place. This place is a joke. I booked one suite and by arriving I was told that the suites are not available. They offer me standard double room. Finally I went away of this place.

Falso resort

Péssimo serviço de hotelaria, número de funcionários insuficientes e despreparados. Não tem nem sequer tel no quarto. Após as 16h fecha tudo, não serve mais nada para comer nem beber. Café da manhã péssimo. Nem a reserva que fizemos pelo hoteis. com, eles tinham , quase ficamos sem quarto e caso não tivéssemos o e-mail de confirmação da reserva eles nos fariam pagar tudo de novo. Um absurdo, o próprio site deveria reclamar com o hotel por não ter a reserva feita por vcs. Não tem serviço de praia, temos que pagar pelo aluguel de cadeiras e guarda sol e nós mesmos temos que levar. De resort não tem nada , talvez possa ser chamada de pousada é bem simples. Preço da estadia absurdo para o serviço oferecido .

Cuidado com o golpe! Não é um all inclusive!!!

Caí em um golpe. O nome diz que o resorte é all inclusive, entretanto NADA está incluído, nem mesmo a água. Uma cerveja custa 10 dólares e só tem uma marca de cerveja. O atendimento é péssimo e para pedir algo simples na área da piscina deve-se esperar meia hora. O cardápio é simplérrimo, mas parecendo de um bar pé sujo, com pouquíssimas opções. O hotel fica longe de tudo, totalmente isolado e tem um clima de total abandono. Deveria ser proibido fazerem golpes assim, colocando o nome do hotel ALL INCLUSIVE, sendo que é um total NADA INCLUÍDO!!!
