When we arrived the staff charged us 5 nights when it was only 4. He obviously did not know how to count the amounts of nights despite showing to him the online itinerary. His excuse was that it was calculated as 5 on the computer and showed us the screen. At the end we were able to convince him that it was 4. However was very stressful to get the refund, kind of ruined our stay, we called their headquarters and had to practically yell at them, otherwise we would have left and they would have kept the money. This was a very shady situation, made us think they did this in purpose. I heard that the cenote in front has a nice hotel to stay. Will be looking in to that on my next trip.

very nice people, good location close to a big Cenote. good price.

Great little family-owned hotel - not a corporate tourist resort. Rooms were nice - plain, simple, and clean with very good air conditioning. Breakfast and dinner at the attached restaurant was delicious. Waiters were laid-back, didn't hover or bother us. Nice dining patio - fresh air, clean, open. Two pools - one simple, the second is an amazingly great idea! It's got a floor with mountains, valleys, caves, etc. so snorkeling kids have places to explore. At night, the pool is lit by lights that change color. Young people learning to snorkel will LOVE this!! The hotel is across the street from Cenote Ik Kil, and less than 5 minutes drive from Chichen Itza, so we beat the big tourist crowds at both locations before having a relaxing day at the hotel pool/patio. Definitely recommended!

It was a pleasant stay in the hotel. There is limited breakfast but, at least, there is one. I stayed 2 nights in family (wife and 2 children) and we experienced a clean and spaced room. Excellent A/C and 2 great pools. The hotel serves full lunch and dinner. It is something good because there is not something else on the way. If you have car (we had) you can reach Piste town and try one restaurant. We did not use that option. We only entered in an Oxxo in town. By the way, during summer remember bring insects repelent.
