Front desk was not very hospitable or amicable. People next door arguing and we could hear everything meaning very thin walls and that the staff did nothing about it.

The bed wasn't comfortable, too soft! Bathroom fan's noice sounded like a helicopter was coming!

Room was clean and the furniture was modern and well lit!

There was no shampoo or soap in the room. Reception person was friendly but the Checkin process took too long.

Very good hotel, best location for my needs. Spent two nights and could not be more pleased. Thank you!

We were somewhat local to the area but did not want to travel 45 minutes to an hour twice because of a wake and funeral situation. The hotel definitely met our needs and we were very pleasantly surprised by the hot breakfast. That was one less thing to think about on the day of a funeral.

I made the reservation through Orbitz and I paid for it.Later when I checked my credit card I noticed that I was charged by the hotel also.

I wish we would have known that the hotel was remodeling. The room was nice, but the check-in/check out was confusing. Breakfast area had to be moved due to remodel--no seats in breakfast are.

Hotel was in renovation mode ... inconvenient access

The hotel was under renovation and we did not know, the bath tub was plugged up. the hot water took 10 minutes to only warm up. The door handle brook off and we had to open it threw the window. The breakfast area was in one the hotel rooms, so was the office. And there was no fitness room. The hot breakfast was french toast sticks only whit potatoes. But the only thing that was good over there is the staff was trying there best to help. I have never bothered to leave a feed back but this one was necessary. Don't stay there try the Country suits inn by Carlson, prospect heights cheaper and much better.

The hotel staff were extremely very friendly and professional! We asked to switch room since the first room was a bit noisy, and were able to get a new room immediately. The breakfast were from 6-10am which worked great for us and delicious too. They have unlimited coffee all day which were from Starbucks. Overall it was a very nice stay and would definitely recommend to friends.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was ample. Bed was more comfortable than expected. Location was easy to find. Not far from major highways.

It was an affordable place but the sheets were a little small for the bed I was in.
