**DOES THIS LISTING LOOK TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE??**Well, we thought so. It's affordable, It's clean. It seems kinda spacious. It's super close to the Naval Training Center. It doesn't have a War and Peace long list of check-out requirements. Outside of the solo bathroom for up to 6 guests, the place checks all the boxes...so there's a catch: right? No. It's an apartment. There's actually plenty of room for 6 guests to stay comfortably for several days (we stayed 5 nights). It is very clean. It is VERY close to the Training Center. Out of general tidiness we cleaned up more than we were asked to (ex. we took the trash to the dumpster instead of leaving it in the apartment & put the cleaned dishes back in the cabinets). The solo bathroom wasn't even a problem during our visit. Best of all, the hosts are at least 10x faster at responding than I am at looking at my email or the Vrbo app, both before and during the stay. My teen & adult kids have asked if we can stay here again if we are ever back in the area. I am recommending to you that you should stay at this property if you are ever planning to be in this area.Also, Navy graduate parents: We took our spot in the N Buckley car line at 5:40am, a mile from Training Center. Everyone else abandoned the SUV by 6:20 am and headed for the people access gate. I didn't get parked on the base until 8:25 am. This apt is minutes away, but the car lines are insane. Leave before 5am to get a better spot in the car line. YOU'RE WELCOME!
