This is our 5th Christmas Eve stay at this Doubletree. The staff is always friendly. The beds are comfortable. The entry welcoming.
We have a great Stay at this Double Tree. It's definitely on the older but overall great experience. It was very quiet, even though it seemed like the place was full. Very close to everything, a short drive to target, Macy's, and dining options.
The property lost power for over 8 hrs and getting fresh linen (towels) was challenging to say the least.
The only negative was that my room was very dark. There was not sufficient light, especially since it was a first floor room and curtains could not be left open.

Less than expected. It was a lot of little things. No drinking glass in room. Not even a plastic cup. Ordered room service and didn't get a napkin or fork and knife. Tried calling but gave up. I think they were fully booked with a wedding or something and didn't have the staff to keep up.
Beautiful pool and nice clean room. Breakfast is not free.
When checking in staff clearly reminded me that I had booked through a third party so would not receive HH points or have free wifi. There were many ways to communicate the message but being snippy and condescending was not one of them. Soccer teams staying at hotel and kids very loud and running in halls. Ordered pizza from room service - it was awful. Microwaved.
Booked hotel because it was close to the fairgrounds for a fest..only 10 min away..not bad..the hotel is beautiful. .room was awesome. .had a clear glass shower..very romantic for our getaway. .pool looked awesome, even though we didn't go in it..workout room was huge and looked like new equipment. .would definitely stay here again!
The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. The beds are comfortable. No free breakfast

Dear Warren, I apologize about the inconveniences during your stay. A vehicle ran into the main power source of the building. There was not much the hotel could do until the power company repaired the transformer. We do hope you will give us another chance and look forward to seeing you during your next visit.
