I recently had the opportunity to stay at "Comfy One Bed Apartment in Forest Park", and I wanted to share my experience. Overall, the rental was sufficient and adequate for my needs.
The property was cute and suitably decorated. I appreciated the amenities provided, such as a full kitchen stocked with coffee and snacks, which made it feel more like home.
However, I did find the pre-arrival communication to be somewhat excessive. I received numerous text messages and emails leading up to my stay, which became a bit annoying. I was also asked to forward my credit card information and take pictures of my identification to send via an app I wasn’t familiar with. This level of scrutiny was something I had never encountered with past rentals. While I understand the need for caution in today’s climate, the process felt invasive and could be improved. Perhaps the company could consider renting to only highly rated guests to streamline this process and avoid making renters feel uncomfortable.
Despite the annoying communication, I must say that the actual check-in process went smoothly. I would recommend the property for its charm and the great amenities, but the company could certainly enhance the guest experience by revising their communication practices.
