We loved our stay! Stayed in Chiang Mai for a couple nights and wished we stayed here longer. The staff wait on you and make sure you have every need met. They are kind and helpful. Even for example, we were in the pool and a staff walked over and turned on the jets for us to enjoy. Highly recommend getting the breakfast included option because you get to dine at their high end restaurant each morning from 7am - 10:30am with unlimited a la carte meals and drinks! So yummy! Reception always has free snacks, drinks, and desserts from the restaurant as well. Highly recommend! Worth the money! The room had Bluetooth surround sound speakers, balcony, and other great features.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Chiang Mai Old Town and can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed with a contemporary touch, offering a perfect blend of style and comfort. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The room was absolutely immaculate upon arrival, and the housekeeping staff maintained that standard throughout my stay. Their attention to detail was impressive. Service at this hotel was nothing short of exemplary. Every single staff member I encountered was warm, courteous, and genuinely accommodating. This is a fairly small quite, pretty, boutique hotel located in Chiang Mai old town. The rooms are comfortable, stylish in an understated way and very quiet (except for the rooster alarm clock😂). What makes this hotel OUTSTANDING are the staff members. In all my travels I have never encountered such kind, generous and patient staff members.Truly from a service perspective this hotel is world class.
