Clean room, excellent staff, nice breakfast-limited choice but just right. You need a taxi to get to town centre, but use bolt or grab, its cheap. Not much around hotel, but an oasis in the busy city

I was expecting much better hotel after reading all the reviews. Mosquitoes in the room and no we did not leave the door open. Make sure u bring a bug/mosquitos spray while u are eating breakfast and don’t expect a fancy breakfast, there is no capuchino or latte over here, just black coffee, a fruit bowl an omelette with a tiny sausage. No bar, no restaurant on the property, it is kinda boring after few hours. Make sure u don’t loose the key. They wanted to charge me $60 for the key. I can buy a whole set for $15/20 at the most. Lucky me I was able to find the key to avoid this ridiculous charge. However I want to give them 5 stars for the amazing hospitality.

This hotel beyond met my expectations! The stag was extremely attentive to our needs. Breakfast in the mornings was fantastic and freshly made to order! Our hotel room was comfortable, clean and a little piece of heaven! It was a favorite hotel during our two week trip all over Thailand! Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed and Yumi was the best!

Beautiful boutique hotel. Looks and feels more authentic than big chain or more modern hotels. Amazing staff and great breakfast. Only downside is that it is slightly outside the city centre (most tours wouldn’t do pick up from here), but everything is 10-15min away with a car/scooter ride. Would stay again

We chose Amata Lanna based on its location outside of the old city and based on Google reviews. Not disappointed. Its only 10 years old, but done in old Thai style, with walls around the property mirroring the old city walls. Yumi is a star of kindness and helpfulness. Thank you Yumi and your staff!

Boutique hôtel en dehors de la vieille ville mais facile de s’y rendre. Chambres grandes et confortables. Super petit déjeuners. Yumi et l ensemble de l équipe sont souriants et très attentionnés ! Et si besoin d’aller à Chiang Rai à la carte en véhicule privé demandez a l hôtel le chauffeur « Yut » : excellent rapport qualité prix au regard des bétaillères à touristes !!
