I highly recommend this hotel, especially as a first timer like myself. My room was spacious, and very comfortable throughout the evening. The hotel is tucked in a little bit, away from the Main Street (Thapae), but walkable to everything East and West. Noot (front desk) and the entire staff were very accommodating. Noot specifically went far and beyond, offering various activities for me daily and speaks very good English, too. I look forward to staying here again.

Great value and location. Just a few blocks from the old city gate and those few blocks have lots of shops and restaurants (they were gorgeously lit up for the holiday when I was there). Clean, strong WiFi and AC, 2 free bottles of water a day, 24/7 front desk with a very helpful overnight manager who was kind even at midnight when I locked myself out of the in-room safe. Appreciated the local decor and free luggage storage so I could explore more after check out. Definitely would return.

Very nice property and very friendly staffs! In the hotel, gym and pool areas are out of the property and is a separate cost, I thought it came with the hotel but no that’s separate but other than that very great place to stay everything is near and very convenient! But can’t get enough of the friendly staffs all were very nice and would always check up on me as a solo traveler!

Staff is great. Location is even better. Room is on smaller side but clean. Bed was on hard side not so comfortable but manageable. My only complaint, shower is hand held only and not adjustable.
