Disliked: Cleanliness
I typically do not leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience.
We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights. The staff were exceptional friendly, professional, and responsive. I have no complaints about their service.
Unfortunately, my main concern was the cleanliness of the room. Housekeeping seemed to focus primarily on making the bed, taking out the trash, and folding towels, with little attention to other details. On two occasions, we were provided with dirty replacement towels. I could tell because the towels we had used had the hotel logo, while the replacements did not and showed visible signs of prior use.
Additionally, coffee mugs were visibly stained from previous use, though neatly arranged as if they had been cleaned. The cleanliness of the bathrooms and floors also fell below expectations. At times, I had to clean and sanitize the bathroom myself to meet basic hygiene standards.
If you are a light sleeper, be aware that noise from nearby nightlife can be noticeable. Additionally, there is a strong sewage smell outside their hotel and occasionally in the room’s bathroom.
In summary, the hotel’s location and staff are excellent, but housekeeping, overall cleanliness, and some environmental factors require significant improvement.
