Very refreshing hotel, lovely design and definitely not as crowded. The room is well decorated and very clean, just slight delay at check in, perhaps the room has so much detail to take care of, totally understandable. Staffs are amazing and extremely friendly, this is one reason why I would definitely come back. Breakfast might not be the craziest buffet with five thousand choices, but for sure tasty and fresh, offers egg dishes of my choice served in minutes. Beverages are great too! Overall experience is beyond our expectation, would definitely come back for another cozy holiday!

I came to celebrate my birthday here and I was so well cared for. They surprised me and brought me a piece of cake in my room and sang me happy birthday, I thought it was the sweetest thing! Everyone there was also so helpful and gave me all kinds of recommendations for activities and food all over Chiang Mai. As far as the rooms and accommodations, it all speaks for itself oh my goodness. The whole space including the common space as well as the rooms are so beautifully curated. I felt so comfortable and luxurious but still connected to nature. Iā€™d recommend this place for anyone wanting to go to Chiang Mai.
