We have stayed at the Little America in Salt Lake numerous times and are always happy. So this stay was a big disappointment. The rooms were very dirty. We found dog food on the floor, pills (probably old ibuprofen) the beds were horrendous. We covered them up with our own blankets we brought on trip. The mattress “protectors” look like they are never washed or changed out. There was trash left in one of the bins. We were here for sports so we were out early and back late so we didn’t even have time to change rooms. Unfortunately this is a no for us, we won’t be back.

Had to wait an hour to be checked in due to the hotel having computer issues with third party companies. Room was NOT clean - marble counters were disgusting and bed cover was dirty. Shower didn’t drain so I stood in 6 inches of water. Restaurant was empty but servers were super slow and unattentive. I choked and had no water and no server to be found. I will never stay here again.

It's okay!

I did ask for a receipt after checking in and was told that I couldn't get a paid receipt. Weird. Outside grounds are beautiful. The rooms are really dated!!! I thought we had gone back to the 1970's.

Lovely surroundings. Large ballroom on property. Rooms are arranged in lodges that resemble apartment complexes. Pool centrally located. Lots of trees and green areas. Clean comfy room. Food could be purchased at a cafe or in the on site restaurant. Nice gift shop.

This was an unplanned overnight stop over. All I wanted was an inexpensive room that was clean. Hotels.com recomended Little America and with my discount through them it only cost $69.00. I was amazed by the room. It was huge and absolutly magnificent. I've stayed in simulator hotel rooms in Las Vegas but they cost over $250 a night. What can I say. It was wonderful.

The resort is very beautiful, and I can't say enough good about the staff. The restaurant's chef was extremely friendly and accommodating when we arrived late and it was almost (restaurant) closing time. The only complaint I have is the bed...it was comfortable enough, but the mattress is covered in some sort of plastic and the sheets were odd...almost plastic as well. Every time we'd roll over, it was like rolling around in a bunch of Walmart bags. This beautiful resort really needs to rethink their bedding... that truly was the only complaint we had for our 3-night stay!

I liked the feeling of being hidden from the road by so many trees. I really loved our room, the gorgeous lobby, the gift shop and the elegant yet reasonable restaurant with such nice servers. What a hidden gem this place is! I hope we can stay there again someday!
