Staff was extremely courteous. The room was spacious and for the most part very clean. We did find an opened can of Red Bull left in the in-room fridge. We didn't consider it a problem on the first evening, but when we reopened the fridge the morning of checkout, the Red Bull can had froze and bubbled out into the fridge itself making quite a mess. Since I didn't want to be charged for making this mess in the room, I reported the issue soon after discovery to the front desk agent (again, she was very courteous and assured me that I wouldn't be charged for this).

Yes. However was disappointed with the restaurant food, i had a cob salad and the lettuce was a little wilty and brownish and the meet was 'sandwich' meat (i think). The room was spacious and gorgeous and the grounds were really nice/pretty.

Even though the hotel is lovely, we felt like at least a continental breakfast should be included. Most hotels offer some kind of free breakfast so that travelers can eat quickly and get on the road. That is our only complaint.

Rooms were fairly nice, a little outdated. Bed wasn't the best and linens were a little strange (no fitted sheets but like 3 flat sheets plus the comforter?) We did not eat at the hotel, coffee shop was not great when we went. We grew up in Cheyenne so have been to Little America many times in different capacities but never to stay. That being said, it met our expectations.

Stay was great except that we didn’t have any water the first morning we were there. Not sure if something froze up or what. We called the front desk and all he said was that he would tell maintenance but they didn’t come in until 8am (this was 5am). We had to leave at 6am so couldn’t shower or anything. When we got back to the room that evening we had water. Stay was great other than that.
