We have stayed at the Little America in Salt Lake numerous times and are always happy. So this stay was a big disappointment. The rooms were very dirty. We found dog food on the floor, pills (probably old ibuprofen) the beds were horrendous. We covered them up with our own blankets we brought on trip. The mattress “protectors” look like they are never washed or changed out. There was trash left in one of the bins. We were here for sports so we were out early and back late so we didn’t even have time to change rooms. Unfortunately this is a no for us, we won’t be back.

Wow. This place feels like a country club of the old school. We were quite impressed by the room. It was incredibly spacious, with two sinks, a table, chairs. Again, perhaps a little old fashioned in style but very nice. And wait until you mosey around the lobby and lounge areas. Oh, and the restaurant is quite good too; not the biggest menu but adequate. Best of all, the price is very reasonable.

We had an amazing stay. Yes the rooms were a little older looking but the lobby was great, everyone we spoke with was very nice and friendly. The coffee bar was great, the coffee was really good. The gift shop was very nice and had many things. We’ll be staying there again.

It was an affordable place to stop. Rooms were good and I would stay again if near Cheyenne again. The hotel had no water due to a water line break when we checked in which was a pain and inconvenient, but I got a small discount as a result of the inconvenience.

The check in was great. Finding my room in the dark was a bit difficult. The bathroom sinks area were not clean and the floor had not been mopped. I could see pee drops on the floor from previous visitors. There was a water line break, so we went a full day without any water, no shower, no toilets etc. The hotel offered zero compensation for the inconvenience.
