This cosy home sleeps up to 8 adults, 2 children and is pet friendly. It also offers ample parking on the driveway for 3 cars- plus street parking. 3 of the bedrooms have super king beds, and the fourth offers a king. The house has views across the River Dee, making it a a city/country stay. It is a short walk into the City , creating the luxury of a city retreat.
£50/pn/pp fee for extra guests - house only sleeps 8 adults.
£10/ dog fee, pet sitting available.
The space
This cosy Chester pad is perfect for any family, friend or pet retreat!

On the ground floor there is the kitchen, equipped with all brand new appliances, which leads to the dining room for 10 and onto the comfortable living room. The dining room is attached to the conservatory, furnished with seating for 5. It can be opened to allow access to the secure back garden patio. There is also a bedroom downstairs as well as a downstairs bathroom, fitted with a shower which is ideal for guests who struggle with stairs.

The house provides dining plates, side plates, pasta bowls, soup bowls, mugs and all cutlery for all 10 guests. It also provides wine, Prosecco, beer and soft drink glasses for 10. The kitchen is furnished with a Tassimmo coffee machine which I provide coffee pods for. I also ensure the house is stocked with dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent should you need to use these machines throughout your stay. The kitchen overlooks the scenic Chester meadows, a nature reserve, which has been a known habitat for many animals - often allowing guests to spot owls.

The back garden is completely safe and enclosed for dogs to roam freely. The patio is furnished with 2 separate tables; one fitting 4 chairs, the other fitting 6, plus a gas BBQ, which makes the house a perfect spot to enjoy a chilled Summer afternoon.

Upstairs is the 3 remaining bedrooms. 2 are fitted with chrome-cast TVs plus 2 cosy child/toddler beds. I have provided a hair dryer for guests to use. The second bathroom is also upstairs with a bath/shower as well as a separate WC.

City parking trouble is eliminated as the driveway is big enough for 2/3 cars.

Despite being a short 10 minute walk to the city centre, the house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. It is also in an ideal location for ordering take out deliveries from services such as Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat, plus many other local restaurants that offer delivery services. The house address and postcode information is provided for you upon your arrival, enabling you to do this.

If you are bringing along your furry friend, or just like to explore the outdoors, you should know that the house is a stones throw away from good walking locations. You will enjoy exploring the meadows and seeing the wildlife, as well as visiting the Chester Racecourse and walking around the circumference. Not forgetting the famous Chester walls. There are also many routes along the Chester river which are beautiful, please ask me if you are in need of walking recommendations during your stay.

I am more than happy to accommodate any on-arrival requests. Should you need the fridge stocking with food and drink or are in need of toiletries or anything else, please do not hesitate to ask me. I can also make your stay more personal if you're celebrating a special occasion and wish the house to be decorated for your arrival. Banners, balloons and cakes can be provided at a fee to ensure you enjoy and make your time at the house as memorable as possible.
Pet sitting available at £10 per hour.

PARTIES WITH NON-GUESTS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED AND WILL RESULT IN A £500 FINE.
