This is a small hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Very convenient location (museum, train station and hospitals). I was there for the museum. The managerial and front desk staff are outstanding - very responsive and caring. They treat you like family. Room was spacious, air conditioned, and comfortable. The bathroom was functional and clean - I asked it to be cleaned more thoroughly and they did that. If there is anything they could update, it would be the bathroom. The breakfast is basic but I had enough options. For the price, this was an incredibly good deal.

It's very conveniently located for Visa interview purposes. Very nice and helpful staff. Clean rooms and it could have been a little more spacious but it's decently sized. No complaints.

満点をつけたいところだが惜しい

ホテルのマスターらしき人は本当に親切でインドのことを分かりやすい英語でたくさん教えてくれた。部屋も快適、ワイファイも速い方だった。本当に残念なのはコーヒーを頼んだがノージンジャー、ノーシュガーといっても入ってた。注文し直してもなかなか出てこず結局違うスタッフに注文し直したがシュガーが入ってた。従業員がほとんど10代らしき顔立ちで教育に力を注いでほしいと思う。 とは言っても値段の割にハイクオリティなホテルなので日本人には是非オススメしたい。

It was ok but when I arrived, I was about 12 hours late so I did not get the room that I had booked for, given a king size bed and an additional Mattress ( I had booked a king size bed and an additional bed). My daughter was given a mattress and slept on the floor. The toilet was also dirty and needed to be cleaned. The breakfast is also very average considering the Indian standards and the price we pay for the room. I am disappointed as comfort is the only thing a traveller would look for in these circumstances.

Nice hotel with in city

Was there for an exam. A small hotel. But a bit noisy and my room was opposite reception area that i dint like . Except that everything else was fine .

Nice hotel in the heart of the city

It was an awesome surprise to see such a clean and beautiful boutique hotel that is so affordable in the middle of the city. The staff were so friendly and service oriented which was refreshing. I can't recommend enough this hotel to anyone who needs to stay close to all Chennai's main attractions.

So-so

The room was okay, but I was disappointed in the service. The desk managers were less-than-happy to help out with such small matters as calling a cab, and in fact did not know the area well. One of them (the younger one) had a habitual response to all my queries: "No" or "I don't know." It looks like a matter of poor training, something I've noticed at other Treebo hotels. Treebo needs to attend to this.

Avoid this place

The guy at the reception gave the impression that he is suffering us. I saw another guest ask for some small help and was faced with blank stares. No food nearby and no help from the hotel looking for food.

Nice cozy place

Nice place,excellent value for money. Only thing that could be better was hygiene.Had mosquitoes in the room,the staff took no action,got well resolved after calling treebo helpline. Would definitely comeback.

Tres bon sejour

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Pas très loin de la gare d'Egmore . L'hôtel se situe dans une rue secondaire et donc très calme.
