Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Radisson Blu. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and truly defined the meaning of good hospitality. Breakfast had a variety of options and the staff tried their best to serve everyone even during peak busy times. I dock one star for service at dinner hours. I checked out Kari Theory one night and was seated outdoors. I waited over 15 minutes and not a single server came by to provide a menu or greet us. We noticed staff continously standing indoors and looking at the customers seated indoors. We ended up leaving and informed the hostess about the situation to which she did not take note or try to resolve the issue. I did notice a similar situation happen to someone else during the afternoon at the bakery/ cafe where they waited a long time and did not receive service. Otherwise, the in-room dining service was great. Food portions were generous and tasted good. The ambiance of this hotel itself was oozing luxury. The spa located downstairs was a perfect touch! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay near the airport.

Good and bad! Great staff and a special shout out to Andrew in the Dining Room and Roshan, the Senior Front of House Manager. Good - Nice pools, super staff, overall a nice hotel. Good bar and restaurants. Free Airport transfer and close to the airport. Bad - Terrible Club Lounge. Wasn't open for two days when I arrived. Limited food and drink options. Only 3 hot dishes and only coffeee and no tea. I had to order tea and it was almosy cold when I got it. I also ordered poached eggs for breakfast and got fried eggs. Nowhere near the standard of a 5 star hotel. This needs to be much improved. The use of "Suite" is misleading. To me a "Suite" is a living room, bathroom and bedroom, which this is not. No living room and my original room was very small, which was upgraded to a larger room thanks to Roshon, but still not a "Suite". Summary: I would stay again, just for the convenience of the airport. Hopefully, the management will improve the Club Lounge to bring it up to a 5 Star level.. As it stands, it is not worth the extra money, but has unrealised potential. Oh, and stop calling rooms "Suites".

Overall, it was a pleasant two-night stay. The hotel offers three restaurants. Breakfast was excellent, the kabab dinner was delightful, and the Kari Kadai restaurant was enjoyable. The spa experience was also wonderful.
