Taj by name not by nature !

Poor stay at the Taj Club House. Quality & comfort of room was very poor and shabby. Dirty bed linens, mould on the bathroom wall, cracked floors, grease on fittings etc The pool was green and not maintained. Very dissatisfied with the stay and certainly not what you expect from the Taj brand.

A definite go-to property – truly Value for Money. At the outset, my sincere compliments and thanks to the staff, who are professional, attentive, and consistently go beyond their duty to ensure excellent service and customer care. Their warmth and commitment make the experience truly memorable. That said, there is always room for improvement in the infrastructure and physical environment. A few suggestions: • The swimming pool area could be enhanced aesthetically, as in its current form it does not do justice to the otherwise pleasant property. • Additional seating in the buffet area, especially during breakfast hours when the load is heavy, would be very helpful. • Considering the common usage habits, a floor drain in the WC area would improve bathroom convenience and maintenance. Nevertheless, the wonderful staff remain the highlight of this property, and deserve a special shout-out for their dedication and customer-first approach.
