Very spacious, clean and attractive hotel. The service lets it down, we went to each restaurant and there were minor mistakes made in each location. Gloves should be worn and changed when handling prepared food in bakery area. Overall a good hotel

It’s a palace 😍 we are already planning a trip back!

Hotel itself is excellent. Really good choices of restaurants within it, Very clean facility and very well decorated. Rooms are nice but chair where you work is very uncomfortable. Views of the ocean is wonderful. My biggest gripe is the staff at the registration desk. They don't accommodate or courteous to customers request. Very poor in that aspect specially being 5 star. Taj Club house is the best in that respect.

The hotel smells really bad - like raw sewage . Its next to this river of sewage and there is no way you can access the beach from this hotel. Don't be fooled by the website description. The entire hotel smells bad. Exorbitant prices and not worth even a penny

The facilities are all first class. The guest rooms are very nicely appointed. I wished I had my family with me to enjoy the opulence. Two complaints. The clear shower door has such a large gap that no matter how carefully you take a shower, the bathroom floor gets flooded every time. It's a shame because I really like the bathroom. I decided to eat a bag of potato chips from the minibar and when I took a bite, it didn't taste good. The date on the bag was October, 2016. My stay was in February, 2017. Even if the date was the manufactured date, a four-month old bag of potato chips should not be a part of a minibar at a first-class hotel.

very good hotel
