It is in a safe area, has a nice restaurant and a few minutes walk from other restaurant. The room and bathroom was comfortable and clean. The bathroom could use some extra cleaning to remove lime accumulation in the bathroom. The staff was very courteous and helpful.
Check out process is not quick. They first check your room prior to checkout which delays the process. Dining room coordinator Guru was biased and helped only Tamil speaking people. He made me to change seat during me having breakfast for no apparent reason and only catered to Tamil speaking guests and ignored others. Other staff were very courteous and helpful.
The rooms were clean, well kept, and staff were friendly and helpful. Staff went out of the way to please us. Their breakfast had a huge array of items , both Indian and Western to appeal to all. Both my friend and I enjoyed our stay here on 2 different occasions. It is not too far from the airport. Would surely stay here again on my next visit.
