For most part. Their buffet doesn't always mention ingredients of their dishes and their dining staff are not educated about the ingredients. My daughter a allergic reaction to a dish which had nuts which she is allergic to! We asked the server who said it’s nut free and she checked with souz chef who also said it was nut free. But they later said they had added few cashew to the dish. My daughter ended in the hospital for a day. Following the incident hotel didn't check on us or address the issue. They have multiple tour company guest staying with them like Gate 1. Suggested to the manager how to handle this situation.

Housekeeping needs improvement

I have stayed in this hotel before in 2019. Service was good then. During our recent stay, we booked 2 rooms. The housekeeping staff were very slow and took more than an hour to respond and after 3 calls. My sheets also had a stain (appeared like a squashed mosquito). Otherwise, I would have given a better rating.
