I was visiting Chennai with my wife. Was checking in at Accord Metropolitan on the 1st Dec. Our room was booked by out your agent and all our informations were given. First question by the receptionist was "What is your relationship with your room sharing partner"? This is an unreasonable question. I have visited many countries and this is the first time I was asked this question and requested to complete a form. Secondly, the toilet in the room was totally rundown. See pictures enclosed. When ever I walk out to the room, the floor was full of moisture. I did not ask for room change. When a so-called star hotel does not even care about a toilet, what will I get in the other room....??? We were there for 2 nights and left. I will not recommend to any of my friends or my family members. Please stop asking guest the relationship between two sharing guest. This is the most unacceptable question for me.

My husband and I stayed for the weekend and we enjoyed the wide spread of breakfast. The staff is extremely accomadating as they helped to set the wifi setting in my mobile . I had my transportation arranged with their recommendation to the temple. Appreciate their hospitality.

They have redone the coffee shop and now it is more spacious. Food was always great, Venkatesh as CEO is doing a good and innovative job. The rooftop Japanese restaurant is undergoing renovation hence was not able to visit.

I happened to be a part of the lunch buffet at The Accord Metropolitan and ended up having the tastiest lunch after a long long time. The menu was simple with items like Veg Manchow Soup, Gobi 65,Veg Dum Biriyani, Paneer Makhani, Steamed vegetables,White Rice , Rasam, Papad, Rasagulla, Butterscoth icecream and pickle. However, every dish was cooked so deliciously and the traditional taste maintained. The Paneer Makhani was the signature dish of the Day and I have not tasted such a preparation till date. The soft paneer cubes in a gravy of subtle flavours is still fresh in my mouth. The steamed vegetable was a fabulous mix of exotic veggies cooked to perfection.Thank you Mr. Venkatesh Bhatt for such a great food experience and hope you continue to treat us with delightful flavours. Special thanks to Mr. Edward and team for a great hospitality.

I had the opportunity to stay in the Accord Metropolitan last December 2016. The food was great and staff was excellent. We were caught in the storm last December and the staff were there to assist us in getting safe to the Hotel. The Hotel is well situated to main shopping areas and transport was good. I will recommend this Hotel anytime as we also see the main Hotel Chef on TV Cooking channel with his delicious cuisine. The rooms are comfortable with great room services.

Stayed here (1st-4th November 2017) while holidaying in South India. Right from the time we arrived, we were treated with the utmost courtesy and care. One of the reasons for selecting this property was its proximity to "saree land" - T Nagar. A perfect way to please the better half! Check in and check out was a breeze, and the high standards of hospitality were in ample evidence throughout our stay. Be it the restaurants or room service, the genuine concern about our satisfaction was obvious. I wish some of the better rated hotels would take a leaf out of this hotel's book! Food was excellent - breakfast and lunch buffets were sumptuous. The travel desk was very helpful and helped to arrange our sightseeing trips with useful tips on places of interest. To sum up, a truly memorable stay. This will be of hotel of choice in Chennai!

We have good experience with your hotel. Specially one person there named as Razia has assisted us in every manner. Only one word for her I.e. excellent. She even guided us for shopping & other travelling destination.

We have been to the Accord hotel couple of times for both short and long stays. The hotel is too good and within a good budget with all facilities of a five star hotel. The food is excellent and the service is also good. Will be definitely visiting the hotel again
