The hotel for the price range is good. It is neat, clean, good quality vegetarian food with a lot of options. If you prefer Non-vegetarian fare, a lot of options within walking distance. Service Standards are also good. I would have rated this Hotel 5 Stars except for the torture I faced due to the pain of listening to extremely loud thumping music from the Pub cum Dance Floor on the 1st Floor of the Hotel. Complaints to the staff brought no relief and the only solution offered was that the music would stop at mid-night, which it did. But till that time please forget about sleeping because the music is so loud that you can feel the vibrations in the room.

We stayed for 3 Nights and 4 Days with the kid, the overall stay is comfortable and pleasant in the best location with affordable price There are minor issues due to noise on the first floor but Hotel Team provided room on 3rd floor with the auto-upgrade, and hotel staff is very quick to rectify when we noticed muddy water from the taps

Pleasantly surprised at cleanliness of the hotel, decent food and location. Team was friendly and we're helpful. Breakfast was decent. Location is good. Near shopping area (KNK road and RK Salai). Would visit again.

it is a decent hotel to stay. Ambience was good, Room and toilet were very clean. situated on a busy road of Nungambakkam, Chennai. their complimentry breakfast was good but was strictly vegetarian one with no option of boil eggs or omlettes. my stay was a good experience.

One of the best hotel at Chennai city with majority of market places nearby. The customer service is good and connected to good restaurants nearby. Breakfast is also good. Rooms are stylish and clean. ambiance is good.

My 2 day official tour was made hell by them. 1. Check in time upto 1 hours 2. Have booked 2 rooms but was given only 1 at checking time and another in evening 3.Said we serve liquor in restaurant but don’t have permit room, you need to go next hotel. 4. Breakfast is patatic and is being outsourced to restaurants below them. If ur business traveler then dont spoil ur day and tour by booking them. Front office boy Mr. Abu is of no use To GM of Hotel. Do not reply the copy paste apology that you can will serve better next time and bla bla bla. Service is serious issue at ur hotel

It's a very nice place to stay in Chennai. It has everything and an amazing bar in the hotel. Great place to stay great service and amazing ambience. Stayed in the elegant rooms overlooking the city..

It was nice stay in the hotel and the staffs are really god and responsive. We stayed a night along with family. Overall stay was cool and pleasant. I would defenetely recommend others for the same....

We stayed for five nights in this hotel. I would like to highlight a few issues that we encountered during our stay. On the day we checked in, our bedsheets were stained with spots of what it seems like blood. Only one towel was provided in the double occupancy room. We didn't raise the issue as it was middle of the night and we thought that it could probably be a human error. The next day, after they changed the sheets and cleaned the room we still saw the bedsheet were stained with drops of what it looked like a stain of blood. We called the reception and the house keeping in-charge came to the room and personally looked the changing of the sheets. We were promised for an upgrade as compensation on what happened for last two days which also didn't happen. However the ordeal of the dirty sheets or somehow missing towels continued almost everyday. Before we booked the room we called the reception personally and asked if they have the breakfast at VB signature restaurant or Vintage kitchen. They promised us VB signature because the reviews of vintage kitchen are very bad on all the booking websites. When we arrived the they said they can provide breakfast only at vintage kitchen. Really, you promise something and provide something else? We booked this hotel because we were promised breakfast at a good restaurant as I am more sensitive to food and water. The first day, we were provided with thebreakfast spread at vintage kitchen, I hardly ate because it was very limited spread and they only had specific made to order dosas. When I raised the issue, the hotel management said we can order food at VB signature. Next two days we ate our breakfast at VB signature. On the third day, we went there as usual and when we wanted to place the order, the waiter refused to take the order and he called for the head waiter. The head waiter in turn said we would be given combo meals instead of the usual order. When asked further, he said the combo meals consist of small portions of already set food. There were only like a small tosai, one idli and one small vada. We were annoyed because first the management said we could order anything. Then, they preset their menu and wanted to give everything in small portions. We were obviously annoyed, because even though we were given bad service we treated and greeted all the staff with utmost respect. They should have told this to us first instead of embarassing us through a waiter. I was promised a buffet at VB signature prior to the booking and not some preset combo meals in small portions. I spoke to the GM Mr. Anthony Christopher, he said he wanted to suggest the food to us. Mr. Anthony Christopher, I hope you understand that we are all adults and we know what we want to eat. The GM also personally came to our room to discuss the issue and he said that he was just suggesting the combo meal. I can tell honestly, it wasn’t him suggesting but he told them to serve combo meal to cut the cost of the breakfast. Mind you, we didn’t even order luxury items like milkshakes or so. We just ordered normal Indian breakfast stuffs like poori and dosas. The bill we had each day was around 450 for two people, as one dosa costs 150 easily. I have raised the concerns regarding sheets, towels and everything to Mr. Christopher Anthony , but I feel he turned a deaf ear and I feel the service is the reflection of the leader's ability. I asked for a refund for breakfast for two people for the two remaining days. I was given RS 480 for two people for two days but again it was handled very poorly. It's a good hotel. Management is good they put efforts to make it top notch. But the manager brought it down by coming up with “innovative ideas” such as the combo meal plan and not keeping up the word of the room upgrade. It's highly disgusting to sleep with blood stained sheets for almost everyday for 6 days. Even after many complaints nothing changed. Top management please take note. Your manager twisted his words and said it was suggested but after further discussion with all the staffs I could see that your GM lied to us, and he instructed the restaurant to not serve us more than 220 RS for two person. Everyone has money to buy breakfast, but putting them in a situation where they have to face embarassment in front of other customers and service staff is not nice. Below I am attaching the pictures of the sheets and towels. These pictures were taken on our final night
