Summary:
Treetop Hideaways at Ruby Falls provides a boutique treehouse retreat experience. With just the right combination of childhood nostalgia, rustic charm, playful creativity, and luxurious lodging, you can experience the enchantment of nature without sacrificing modern comforts. Nestled among the mossy boulders and towering trees atop Lookout Mountain, our treehouses boast full climate control, comfortable bedding, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette. Come and experience this exceptional adventure!
The Space:
The Dogwood Treehouse is the perfect blend of rustic treehouse playfulness and refined boutique flair. This wheelchair accessible treehouse provides a comfortable climate controlled stay with a queen bed in the main room and a floor to ceiling view of the Tennessee river and the city of Chattanooga below.
Reclaimed windows, doors, and floors tell a rich story and create a unique ambiance, paired with rough sawn oak and locally sourced black walnut custom countertops and shelving. A fully stocked kitchenette offers a fridge with filtered and sparkling water, a microwave, pour over artisanal coffee and tea making supplies, a water boiler, locally made granola bars, and a picnic basket stocked with compostable cups, dishes, and utensils. A bookcase along the hall turns out to be a secret door, opening to reveal a closet stocked with essentials including extra supplies, bath robes, an umbrella and a steamer iron. The airy loft is full of windows, with a daybed window seat, a writing desk, and a couch that folds out into a queen bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress. Guests are invited to have fun with a vintage theater stage spotlight mounted on the antique iron railings. The bathroom features a custom vanity with a gold swan faucet, a hovering “egg” toilet, and exposed copper plumbing for an indoor and outdoor rain head shower, where you can shower with a tree beside you! Locally made artisanal hand soap, shampoo, and body wash are provided in a custom Treetop Hideaways rosemary mint scent, along with 100% cotton towels and washcloths. Heading outside, you will find a wrap around deck with a marble table and seating for four. Below the treehouse is a Titan Smokeless Fire Pit stocked with wood, charcoal, fire starters, grilling and s’more supplies, with two chairs, stone bench seating, and a large lounging hammock.
Break open your complimentary bottle of wine and turn on the record player as your campfire gets going and the sunset glows below you from your vantage point in the trees. Enjoy the perfect combination of childhood nostalgia, playful creativity, and luxurious lodging at this Treetop Hideaways treehouse retreat.

Host was great, stocked items were also great. Neat little place. No TV, which I didn't realize, and Olympics and Superbowl were on while we were there.
