I had made the reservation online while we were enroute to Chattanooga and the map showed it right off I24 but following our Garmin it took us a way that I did not even know where we were and suddenly my wife said there it is so what we did was go around the block and found out that it is one way of I85 and it brings you back to the hotel and a very easy access to continue the next morning on I24 to I75 dispite all the construction. We had a wonderful experience and the hotel was excellent with a wonderful night sleep and back on the road to home in Florida. Great place to stay and great staff.

Breakfest was good but elevator was broken and both doors to get out on each side was broken also hair in my shower and hair in my bed yuck

I choose this because it has a pool -- but the pool is outside!

Well if you like urine and hair on your toilet seat and floor this is the hotel for you. Absolutely disgusting!. I am sending photos to the corporate office and demanding a partial refund

The security guard tried to get into my room at midnight, and when he couldn’t get through the door, he kept trying doors all the way down the hall. Super disconcerting. Didn’t feel safe at all.

The property was clean and easy to maneuver. The bathroom is surprisingly roomy. Beds were comfy. You get two soft pillows and two a bit firmer. Our fridge was ice cold.

The place was clean and the staff wonderful. I reported that our exterior door handle was loose/broken. Front desk came down after making a few phone calls. She jiggled it around and it was functional. She promised to have maintenance take care of if the next day...never happened. The toilet wabbles but I didn't bother to report it as I figured they wouldn't do anything about it. Other than that, things were clean but worn and/or coming apart. Just wished I had a better budget for something nicer.

Stayed here for a race. Check innwas easy. Room was clean. Bed was comfy.

Very nice room. Nice artwork and furniture. Hairdryer blew out but these things happen. Good breakfast choices in a large spacious area.

I had a wonderful stay and thought that I would be glad to return on my next business trip. The lovely woman who oversees the breakfast service even bought me almond milk for my cereal! However, I was overcharged for the hotel stay because of some problem with the hotel's billing system and that is where all the problems and grief began. It took me FOUR phone calls and a period of weeks to finally get someone able to process the refund! None of my messages were ever passed along to the correct person and no calls were ever returned to me, despite the front desk staff's promises. It soured an otherwise really nice stay. A shame.

Good location near downtown Chattanooga. Excellent value for the price

They never cleaned my room. I thought the place was too high priced

This was a great hotel for a one night stay and it's close to everything I wanted to see downtown. It is newly remodeled and the room was nice. There were a couple of things about the room that were a little inconvenient - it had an interesting smell, like new paint, and the toilet kept running so I had to make sure I jiggled the handle because it was quite loud. However, even though this is supposed to be a "sketchy" neighborhood, I felt safe there, and there was no noise, it was very quiet and I got a good night's sleep. So this is good for an overnighter but I wouldn't do an extended stay here. The front desk person who checked me in was very pleasant and helpful, but the lady who was on the desk during the evening/night ignored me and was on her phone every time I went downstairs.

Breakfast was creative and contributed to an excellent time spent with family and friends. Staff was willing to assist and service was the key.

Great experience great atmosphere ,very clean and spacious

Decent lodging for a fair price, not far from town. Unfortunately the curtains didn't close all the way and first sunlight hit me straight in the face. Also, the people next door had two happy dogs. Those things combined ruined my stay.

This hotel provided a close proximity to local attractions and was close enough to local eateries and such to make things easy for a traveling family.
