Solo female on business trip.

The parking lot and hotel always felt safe to me. The hot breakfast was good with plenty of seating and everything was clean. Room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and the hotel was quite. I was on the second floor near the stairs. If I work the convention next year I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, the room was good. We walked around the outside of the hotel several times at night and felt completely safe.

Asked for a tall at front desk and was told I had to go to my room and bring dirty one to receive another. That’s a terrible policy and even worse customer service. Also was instructed that I could not pour water into my travel cup by rude employee that handled breakfast service. We appreciate you having us but will try a different hotel next time we’re in town.
