One outlet worked which was by the sink and The television would not turn on. I let the front desk know who said maintenance would come. They never did. Not worth the cost.

Old, old furniture, they have to bring the fridge with a dolly to the room lol I was disappointed I’m not going to choose hampton inn again I think Nice friendly staff though Nice am breakfast Nice to have shuttle I didn’t use thier internet since you have to fill application on the device to get it lol I had short stay so I didn’t want to complain about anything

The first Room they put us in was dirty. Bathroom exhaust vents were dirty, carpet was dirty, tree leaves and trash from previous visitor on the floor. The second room was better but the carpet was dirty, corners were nasty in the bathroom, and the exhaust vent was nasty. The breakfast, the coffee, snack machine and drink machine and the other free amenities were awesome.

Second oldest hampton in America. Nice staff, and kept up. Beds were a bit lower quality and floor edges, crevices, etc dirty and dusty. You find that at typical inns, not Hamptons. Besides minor cleanliness great stay, staff and breakfast.

The kitchen staff for the guest eating are were very accommodating as I came in late were nice.

Very nice room. Beautiful white fluffy comforters on bed. Bed was comfortable as were the pillows.

First was the Wi-Fi outage for the entire stay. No explanation was given until checkout, and no attempt made to remedy nor compensate. Breakfast was pretty sad with long long line for the waffle, since there is only one waffle maker. Worst of all, my stay was supposedly prepaid to Orbits but the front desk charged my credit card again. Only found out later when they sent an email receipt (all because I am a HHonor Gold member). Called the hotel to remove the charge and was told they will investigate but cannot send email to confirm its resolution (because of the lame 3rd confidentiality excuse). Same double charges complaint was questioned by another guest during my checkout. It is a shame that this Hampton Inn has fallen way short of the Hilton standards. Would not come back nor recommend this to anyone, unless you want headaches both during the stay or afterward.

It was pleasant. However they did not accommodate my need for first floor room.

This was a quick overnight en route further south, and while the hotel isn't fancy, it was fine and clean and for the price we paid, all good.
